Hi everyone! I've been yearning for a time when I can log on regularly to post again, but I've been away too long, so now's as good as any. I came into work today briefly (28th). The office is closed, but had a couple of things to do so managed to find a quiet moment before catching the next appointment.Much has happened since I was last posting regularly. That saturn seven seems to be putting me through the wringer! Briefly, as some may remember I had moved back to dad's temporarily after the break up of his marraige to my stepmother. I basically moved out rather abruptly from dad's on Halloween. I got a new job in central London. I moved to my aunt's first, then to another place south of central. Lots of moving, cleaning and assembling of furniture, and I'm still kinda settling in. I've moved alot in the last couple of years huh? *wipes brow* Been trying to get to grips with this new job. I like the company alot, the role is realistically suited for about three people though! Hardly had time to browse online, and when I have had, I wanted it to be when I can log in more regularly and catch up a little, like now. I also broke up with the Taurean guy I was seeing *sigh* Lots of tests this year. Had a lovely christmas at my aunts. Oh and I'm vegetarian now. I've been in touch with aqua and ariestiger. I heard I had a lovely birthday thread of which I'll look for in a sec, thank you I didn't celebrate birthday week. My older ridgeback Mose, passed away the day after my birthday on 30th Nov, which was very sad Dad's birthday was on 28th, before mine. He told me later that week, that he got engaged to his new partner on his birthday and they're expecting a baby by August next year. Got a feeling it'll be a girl. I also started this new job on Dec 1st so lots went on that week. Um.. so much more has happened and is happening. I hope I can log on to say hi sooner than before. Still working on saving for my own laptop/pc. I hope you are all well. I look forward to conversing with you again, With love, Sheaa ------------------ "You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection." Buddha IP: Logged |

Aww Aqua! You are a sweetheart. Sorry I wasn't here to reply to the thread. Indeed there has been quite a bit happening offline I've needed to sift through. I won't be online everyday, but hope to be more often - once the new job has calmed down a little also.Hi maklhouf, pixie, Johnny, CancerianMoon, noreenz and Rainbow! Really good to see you all. Looking forward to catching up on all your threads. I missed LL ------------------ "You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection." Buddha IP: Logged |

Hey Sheaa!Yeah, I've been away too. I think for about a couple months, actually. Too long! I was busy with family... you know, the holidays and all.
Business has also taken off quite nicely. We're in the process of training our very first employee! We needed to bring someone else in because it was getting to be more work than we could do ourselves... plus... well, see my string in H&H. We just really needed some help. Aside from all that I've been quite well lately. My kids are in basketball now... and loving it. They're so cute! Let me know when you get your land line situated. I miss hearing your lovely voice! Oooh... you Brits give me chills. Did I ever tell you about the guy my hubby works with? He's English. Every now and then my hubby will call me up and patch me through to his buddy at work. It's wonderful. He says words like "crevasse", and "tomato".... ahh... it's ecstasy, really. IP: Logged |

OK I'm here, I'm here! Hey sweets, I just read your thread in H&H and I'm keeping everything crossed for the 24th for you That's good news you're training your first employee! Congratulations, I happy your labor of love is taking off - big news since July 04 when you 1st posted this http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum4/HTML/000189.html I hope you get the help you need right now also. Do you have any up to date photos you can send or post in the photoshop? Aww the kids are into basketball huh? Aww cool! Remember that belly dancing discussion we had ages ago? Well I'm not doing that (yet) but I will be doing regular jazz classes in about a month's time with the girls from work. I'd like to take part in regular exercise aswell as learn new skills! People at work are thinking of starting a football team - that should be fun if it gets off the ground. I'm not sure when this landline is being installed as yet, we've had quite a few more expenses out upon moving in, and since we have mobile phones it isn't going to be an immediate thing. You'll be one of the first to know when there is one though, haha! So there's an English guy at hubby's work huh? - "Crevasse...tomato"!! you crack me up! Do you know where he's from in England? Sorry I'm not on as much during the week, this new job is really full on! I'm gutted I missed you're surgery thread in H&H until now, but I'm glad I saw it before Tuesday. I'm gonna go off and do some typically english things now like.. bake potatoes, play a spot of cricket.. walk the err corgi's.. and um observe the weather and talk about it over the garden fence with a neighbour for ages.. may go to the pub later and most importantly now - make some tea! ...
