Help. what are some good tunes to walk on my treadmill with. for walking i usually gravitate toward rock kind of stuff.
Any ideas? Has to have a good fast walk beat. Thanks.

I'm listening to Joshua Redman's "Momentum" album as I type this, and I could definitely walk to it. With a name like "Momentum", its a great CD for physical movement and driving long distances.
