I wanted to tell you about a scam that is taking place and that has been taking place for quite a while, it involves an astrologer (although an astrologer should be a respected title, in this case it is more like a false prophet in my opinion)called ROCHELLE. After accessing this forum one day a message popped up with a great sentiment behind it telling me about the possibility of having a personal horoscope cast, now i am intrigued by many things in life and i know that the road to knowledge is a dangerous and difficult thing (true knowledge). So I listen to my instincts because they are always unspoken and have my best interests at heart. However out of curiosity I checked this message out and it is a scam that is polished up to lead you into the realm of false hope. Please be careful and do not contact this so called astrologer. False hope is confusing and can destroy the real path of your life, listen more to your heart than to your head, and remember that all real and true knowledge is given freely, without charge. I hate money and what it does to people, you can justify so many things for the need for money, and I have seen so many false teachers and decievers in life that i know the true path to learning is following the path of love, love teaches more than any other thing, and we´re all elementary students in the classroom of love. It is giving and sharing without the need for taking, because the law of love is that the more you give the more you recieve. Don´t give others false hope, love them, and through the love you give will come the form of teaching that is needed and waiting to be shared. Sorry, I was a bit in my own world there, but that´s my philosophy, it might not be the correct one but it is mine anyway. I´m happy to share and advise and help,i suppose thats why I am a teacher, and lucky and very grateful to be one. Best wishes ChristopherA IP: Logged |

Hello ChristopherArcher Yes..beware the "sunshine blowers". They lure the lonely..the needy..the sad...the yearning...the lost..etcetera... And lie to them or worse.. some of them honestly think they are doing the querant a favor by telling them... "everything will be just fine". There are some radio pychics that do just that... for example: Tell folks with dying children or some terrible thing..such happy happy joy joy things....and then these folks call back later on..screaming at these so called psychics.... Then the station goes off the air...and on its return they laugh off the "nutcase" that called... uh huh..... one of these days those folks(the so called psychics that do the show...) will get busted.Oh yeah...wether a person charges or not...does not always indicate they are honest or know what they are doing. I notice an awful lot of do gooders dispensing worthless tripe at folks...false hope...and the only thing good about it is... that it is FREE... but still is garbage being disguised as altruistic and loving help. Uh huh....

Well i got sent an email saying that I was such a special person and that my life was about to change and the truth is that I have had that feeling for a little while now, a change coming, so i listened and read on and then I was told that I had been playing the lottery regularly and that my luck was about to change. But I haven´t played the lottery at all so thats when i started to get a nasty taste in my mouth about the whole thing. I´ve seen and know my own truths and as the anology goes, the main reason for knowing the stars is ¨KNOW THYSELF¨and so I sent a nice email back yesterday explaining how nobody should ever believe they are more powerful than the power they have been given. But I can see these things and lots of others can´t, it´s a very scary thing really. The blind leading the blind would be a good metaphor. We all need to be guided, but I think it comes more from a solid base and your own personal faith than these false prophets. have you ever experienced the certainty of a well disguised lie? I suppose they´re getting harder to see through as each year passes so we have to focus on building up our strengths and spiritual truths and abilities. Best wishes ChristopherAIP: Logged |

One of my favourite Just William stories is The One Where William gets to know a woman who does fortune-telling and knows she isn't very good at it, and one of whose customers storms out of her tent at the fairground after being told that she has five children... ...anyway, the rest of the story is too involved to go into detail about here...what I would say is, with ANY prediction, advice you are given, keep your head!!A lot of astrologers give specific dates etc., and although the general prediction may not be far off, I find specific dates a bit of a non-starter. wow christopherarcher - that's a shame that things didn't work out to your liking with Rochelle. I believe I know who you are talking about and she is a acquaintence of mine - i certainly have not put myself in the predicament of having to call someone a false prophet one way or the other. Actually, i find Rochelle's personal daily forecasts to be a source of inspiration and they arrive to my inbox every week just before the first day has even arrived - some people just run themselves ragged without stopping to pay attention to their own selves and her forecasts actually give great pointers for each day (they are sent weekly with lucky numbers, planetary highlight of the week, daily readings, weekly summation, and an uplifting/something to consider opening letter from Rochelle plus they are free) and for someone like me who has trouble "focusing" at times - it means a lot to me, considering my life's path. i hope this doesn't dissuade you from keeping up the faith you have in true love, hope, and giving/receiving no matter how tumultuous the sea may get. p.s. it is not foreign for one person to achieve a Eureka moment, one person becoming confused, and one person becoming totally uninterested in participating, all while AND because of their listening to the same person. Thanks for posting Amisha. I also think it way over the top to publicly denounce someone as a false prophet because they happened to get one little thing wrong.------------------ And I will give thee the treasures of darkness Isiah 45:3 IP: Logged |
