I don't know how anyone has the time and patience to knead and wait and knead and wait and knead and wait and bake homemade bread (call me a victim of modernity), but I just got a really neat-o breadmaker so I don't have to worry about that anymore Now my family can have wonderful, preservative free, fresh bread Some yummy wheat italian bread's baking up right now It's a fancy one that bakes the bread in a loaf and has 3 gagillion settings - both the baker and the gadget nut in me are satisfied.
