Hi all Just been to my local book festival and went to a talk about this great little book called 'Change the World for £5' - it's packed with ideas for things you can do like refusing carrier bags and turning your central heating down a notch which saves the planet and saves you £25 a year! It also suggests more serious and social changes you can make such as becoming an organ donor and befriending an elderly neighbour who maybe in need or simply lonely It's by www.wearewhatwedo.org who have been doing this kind of thing for about 20-30 years.
It's been published in over 134 countries such as the UK, Australia, Switzerland, Germany and has even inspired the Swiss Eurovision Song Contest entry! It's due to come out in America next year.
Here's the link to the book on Amazon
