We all THINK that we need to do something regarding this, but are we DOING anything constructively? Apart from these, every country has their own resources to overcome such a situation, but why are the ones in power not doing it? Almost every so-called unfortunate countries have a defence budget that can feed their people for more than 5 years, but why is such a shameful thing happenning?

It is a double edged sword, but I assume once we come out of the boundaries thta the caste and creed and religion and politics specify, what difference do we have as the children of Mother Nature?

Well, I guess I can make a difference, so can you, and every one of us, onlyif we truly care.

im 100% with u.... wish the stupid people in this world wake up!
stop fighting over political issues and start doing something more meaningful.. but then again u cant blame anyone... before these pictures were limited to mostly somalia and other parts of africa but know thanks to 'global war' u can find such poor children in many more countries.
when i was a child i thought if v all contributed a good percentage of money to chartiy we could over come poverty in africa... but now i can see no matter how much MONEY v contribute we can never never never get rid of poverty. if you can really see it,it is not all about giving money to charity ..it is abt stopping the WAR.
soooo much money in the hands of nations.. just wasted in war...so much manpower..so much energy ..all wasted in war... couldnt all this be used towards building up such poor countries instead of destroying other countries??..
