Uhm...yeah!! In 2006 Yellow Pages they put our company fax number as a main phone number. Of course, they were not going to re-print Yellow Pages so their solution was - why don't you, guys, switch the lines and use your fax number as a main phone number and vice versa. Mind you, we have 25 lines coming into our main number. Anyway, we agreed to some sort of credit after we got tired of arguing IP: Logged |

I have Verizon and I've never had a problem like that. My service has been very good, actually. But I go through the store that sold me my plan when I have a problem, and not the call center. IP: Logged |
