One of the first things I wanted to be was an actress as I was growing up (tweens and teens, to early 20s, then later in my early 30s). I was inducted into the Thespian Society (and still have my ring!).

Acted in many plays. Would get array of parts-- from comedic bimbo, all the way to being stern and marmish *~all prouper and proppish, you ~know?* LOL.

I had gone to an actor's workshop weekend in my early 30s, and the instructor was Cliff Osmond, a man from Los Angeles, who had played parts in GunSmoke, and a character in the old Star Trek series. (And many other roles).

He told me I "actually" had some talent, and my most-marketable quality was that I could be Hard and Soft at the SAME time. (heh heh, could be that Venus(soft)Taurus(cozy) opp Saturn(held-back) Scorpio(depths)retro in my chart?) (I have that Sagittarian Ascendant too.... she's out there!!!)

His criticism of me was that I 'stopped' myself too much. Kept myself in check too much.

His word and advice was that I could BE a REAL Powerhouse some day.... To just 'let it go,' and let the 'director' scale you back. It's better to give too much! *smile* ...

See that???? So in some cases, being drama-drama is GOOD!! *grin*

Some day, with time and opportunity, I'd like to get back into Acting in some local theatre group. Loads of Fun!

When I'm hanging out with people that know me I tend to flaunt a lot more than usual. I love being dramatic because it is so fun and intense. Yesterday I was hanging out with friends at lunch and a friend said that I was "so dramatic".

Can't be a Drama King because my sister holds that position, dear god
