and ~I have Mars in Virgo -- I know what you mean about the "fretting" thing..... If you don't want to give details I understand, but what is it that you are worried *about*?? When I'm fretting it's either because I feel helpless to lend a hand, or because I feel I've neglected someone/something and I must immediately make an effort to fix it, but it's 3am and I can't do anything about it right that minute. Recently I participated in a Qigong seminar. You, yes *you*, can help your friends!! You can send healing energy their way. When I'm worried about someone, I put their picture on my purple plate. I also sandwich pictures between the Healing cards of Dr Emoto's Water Crystal Oracle deck.  When you feel like you're doing something to help, the worries seem to go away..... dunno if that helps, but it's what works for me. IP: Logged |
