Lights Out... Soft Scented Candles... Bubble Bath... Sleepytime Tea... Quiet Time... Slow Deep Breathing... Tears(if necessary)... Laughter (as Needed)... Writing Down All My Feelings... (Very Important) Visualizing A Positive Outcome Asking For Help From A Trusted Source Allowing Myself To Receive Help When Needed ... and when all other options have been exhausted a full body massage is just the right answer to bring out and eliminate the remaining stress.
