artlovesdawn~ Wow, that's a great story. Thanks for sharing. Yes, I'm actually still with my first "official" boyfriend right now. We've been together for about a year. I love him very much, but I'm not sure I want to go so far as to MARRY him. He's a very good friend of mine, and I hope he always will be. I still have plenty of time to search and experiment though, and I intend to take full advantage of that. I'm just sort of stuck in the boondocks right now, lol. I might end up with a British guy after all! My cousin is going to Oxford in September. I'm so jealous of her.

Hmm. Well, from my experience, many of them have good-looking features (note: this may not apply to their whole face)...but I find many of them, particularly the nice, middle-class, educated types, to have:

a) a reserve which is attractive to some, but which puts me on my guard (too *nice*? Some Americans and Northern Europeans have it as well...Southern Europeans seem less inhibited);
b) less well-roundedness than certain foreign counterparts;
c) passive aggression. Big time.

I'm married to an Aquarian Englishman (and we have lived in England for the past almost 10 years). I have to admit, english guys are very kind and gentle people--mostly-- although there are the yobs and such.
