Thanks for sharing, guys.Happy Dragon, I would like to watch "The Road to Petition", too...and yeah, though it was released way before last year, I missed it when it was out in theaters and for Tom Hanks...and my vague impression of the plot...I'd still like to see it. Folks, I'd like to see "The Fountain". I've heard it's such a visually stunning and emotionally riveting film. And I love Rachel Weisz. I missed that one, too, and I'd really love to watch it on DVD. One of you mentioned "Marie Antoinette"...too bad it hasn't been released here in my home country, but I've been so interested in it because I love Kirsten Dunst. And "Pan's Labyrinth"...yeah, that one looked interesting to me, too. Missed that one as well, though. As for "The Departed"...Leonardo DiCaprio's acting was just impeccable. And he and Matt Damon seemed to me the best infiltrators of the year 2006. Thanks folks! Lake IP: Logged |

To be quite honest... The Bond film that I have been so desperately waiting for. Finally, hollywood decided to go with a script which was true to the novels by Ian Flemming. I gotta say I was quite skeptic about how Daniel Craig would portray the MI-6 agent but he did a perfect job at it. BTW: I absolutely loved the new Bond song by Chris Cornell. Edit: Oops! 2006 movie Lol! Hmmm... Will get back to you on that. IP: Logged |

Little Children ------------------ Between the woods and frozen lake The darkest evening of the year.... The only other sound's the sweep Of easy wind and downy flake. The woods are lovely, dark, and deep, But I have promises to keep, And miles to go before I sleep, And miles to go before I sleep. ~Robert Frost IP: Logged |

Hey folks, thanks.Dulce Luna~ thanks!! I totally forgot Lake House! That is definitely one of my faves of the year 2006! Unfortunately, "Little Children" is not yet released in my country, so I haven't had the chance to watch Kate Winslet's great performance! Lake IP: Logged |

Solane Star I like North country! Charlize Theron's performance was brilliant... she's one of my favorite actresses. Did you like her in Monster and The Devils Advocate? ------------------ Between the woods and frozen lake The darkest evening of the year.... The only other sound's the sweep Of easy wind and downy flake. The woods are lovely, dark, and deep, But I have promises to keep, And miles to go before I sleep, And miles to go before I sleep. ~Robert Frost IP: Logged |

Zala, forgive me....I'm a little confused. I thought the Dead Man's Chest was the second one? And that The one coming out is "At World's End"?Well either way, I agree with you, what an ending that was with Jak Sparrow's debt being "paid" and Barbosa's return. I'm sooo glad I saw it like a week before the new one is coming out. Because had I seen it when it came out last year, that would've driven me insaaaane! (Ps. The Octapus guy (Davey Jones) creeped me out..lol.) IP: Logged |
