Just today, I was planning on leaving my apartment at 3:30 for a job interview. But a notice was slipped under my door from my landlord. It was quite urgent, so I left right away at 2:45 for the office, since it is in the same area (Old Port) as my interview. I got that business settled and had 30 minutes to kill in Old Port before the interview.

So I decided to call my girlfriend and tell her I thought she was cute. Halfway through the call she asked what seemed to be an odd question, "How many times did you try calling?"

"Just once."

It made sense soon though...

"Oh, I have had the apartment to myself for the last few hours and I was blasting my music and (cooking crepes). My phone was put on silence and burried in my purse. I went to my purse for a second to get something and right when I reached in it vibrated and IT WAS YOU !! There must be some connection between us (even with an ocean between us)."

I would tend to agree that it was pretty crazy that I ended up getting her on my first try. Cause the music would have drowned out the phone basically any other second, other than the one second she reached into the purse. Some kind of unspoken bond.

Many times we end up calling each other at the same time, leaving each other voice messages at the same time! I have never had that connection with anyone else since.

That type of connection do not come along more than once in a lifetime (at least didn't happen to me). Treasure it and her.

But, there was this one guy, friend/boyfriend of mine (when I was around 16) that everytime I would dream about him I would just happen to run into him,out of the blue, in places you would not expect it to see him or me.
Sometimes it could be months without a phone call or anything like it, but again, for no reason I would dream of him and there he would be the very next day or a couple days after;if I went to a store, he would be there or he would all of the sudden show up at my door or give me a phone call.

He knows when I am having a major backache (even though he was in Germany) and even now, I can think of him and the phone rings.. he's calling me from Iraq.

We even dream the same dreams or pick up on what the other person is doing / thinking.

The other night was a good example. I was watching a show that had two people horseback riding. I thought... I really wish Bear and I could have done that on Post while in AZ... we'll have to do it sometime, maybe even in Germany.

He called me a couple of hours later and told me he had this awesome dream of the two of us riding horses.

Another example.. I was looking outside, watching the clouds.. it was 9pm my time. I thought of him, kissing him, being with him and just sent out the "I love you and can't wait for you to wake up and call me" but I knew he was still sleeping..

He called a couple of hours later and told me that he first woke up at 8am and thought he heard me or was dreaming of me. Then he fell back to sleep. I laughed and said "Hmmmm... I was sending you little beams at 9pm..or 8am your time). LOL...

We both have that thing where we'll reach for the phone before it rings.

Astrologically we have many of those aspects that allow two people to connect even while being thousands of miles apart.

With us.. routine is not possible. LOL..... one never knows what will happen with the Military. We only had a 24 hour notice before he was deployed. I knew before he even called that day...
