Sounds painful, Star. LOL

I used to work out and stay in good firm shape all the time when I was younger but now I just don't have the energy and just moving some days hurts.

I don't know why women put themselves through botox and face lifts and liposuction. I don't want to spend my final days recovering from surgery. Even if I did have the money for it. You have to keep getting that done over and over too because face it, we can't fight gravity forever.

So I just prefer to let nature take it's course and let everything go south.
