That's very sweet Lotus! I am here for you too I do sense that about you, that you are very spiritually oriented but that you may neglect the physical sometimes. That is ok though, we all must suffer and go through hardship and pain, to learn and grow right? IP: Logged |

BlueRoamer, Thanks! Yes, I even forget to eat, lol, because I am connected, I neglect this world, the things I need to take care of. My two daughters, have funny ways, of snapping me back, the other day, one said, "Mom, I'm pregnant!" it was a joke, and she didn't use the key word I gave her, but both of them are really funny, and like to play jokes... they are my greatest teachers..my little sages IP: Logged |

You are The Empress Beauty, happiness, pleasure, success, luxury, dissipation. The Empress is associated with Venus, the feminine planet, so it represents, beauty, charm, pleasure, luxury, and delight. You may be good at home decorating, art or anything to do with making things beautiful. The Empress is a creator, be it creation of life, of romance, of art or business. While the Magician is the primal spark, the idea made real, and the High Priestess is the one who gives the idea a form, the Empress is the womb where it gestates and grows till it is ready to be born. This is why her symbol is Venus, goddess of beautiful things as well as love. Even so, the Empress is more Demeter, goddess of abundance, then sensual Venus. She is the giver of Earthly gifts, yet at the same time, she can, in anger withhold, as Demeter did when her daughter, Persephone, was kidnapped. In fury and grief, she kept the Earth barren till her child was returned to her. IP: Logged |

That's funny. I didn't use the right method to get the pic before, so when I went back to try again, I must have answered a question slightly differently because I got another card! My previous card was interesting. I think it is important in the quest for harmony to understand duality. My previous card demonstrated two aspect of woman's personality, though, essentially the two aspects are sort of tied into one, if you know what I mean The second Time I got this one: You are the World Completion, Good Reward. The World is the final card of the Major Arcana, and as such represents saturnian energies, time, and completion. The World card pictures a dancer in a Yoni (sometimes made of laurel leaves). The Yoni symbolizes the great Mother, the cervix through which everything is born, and also the doorway to the next life after death. It is indicative of a complete circle. Everything is finally coming together, successfully and at last. You will get that Ph.D. you've been working for years to complete, graduate at long last, marry after a long engagement, or finish that huge project. This card is not for little ends, but for big ones, important ones, ones that come with well earned cheers and acknowledgments. Your hard work, knowledge, wisdom, patience, etc, will absolutely pay-off; you've done everything right. However, I think it's all a bit of fun really! We are responsible for ourS-elves (speak of Elves, I love their pointed ears- Elves are cool!) IP: Logged |

Today's card..... You are Temperance Time. Ages. Transformation. Involuntary change Temperance is another card of aspiration, but also of much change. It often represents complex situations. Positively, you can harmonize contrary forces. Temperance is, on a surface level, about "tempering." The original pouring from cup to cup might have been about cutting wine with water. So this is a card about moderation. There is, however, another angle to the card, that of merging seemingly impossible opposites. Sagittarius, the centaur, merges beast and man into a unique creature. And then there is the bow and arrow, one moving, one stationary, working together to point the way. Temperance may be, at first glance, a warning for you to "temper" your behavior, to cut your wine with water. But it may also be a reminder to that seemingly irreconcilable opposites may not be irreconcilable at all. Belief that fiery red and watery blue cannot be merged may be the only thing standing in the way of blending the two. Change the belief, measure out each with care, and you can create otherworldly violet. IP: Logged |
