if your skin is normal, and it lacks radiance at times, which would be the best foundation coverage for you?

matte? semi-matte? natural? or velvet?

No makeup at all is the best coverage for your skin.
Sometimes a little sun tan helps too.

I noticed my skin is a lot healthier when I don't use any foundation coverage for some time.

A natural cream foundation would hydrate your skin, making it look more "dewy." You can add radiance with powder. Pur Minerals has a "Radiant Glow Marble" pink-toned powder that can be lightly brushed over any foundation, and i.d. bareMinerals makes a "Clear Radiance" mineral powder that is clear.

If you are close by an Ulta store, stop in as they will try out products on you so you can see what they look like before buying. Also, the staff are well-trained with i.d. because it's their biggest seller.

I don't wear foundation, but I do have an i.d. all-over mineral powder for special occasions. It covers as well as a foundation, but feels lighter.

Also you can get this blush its not powder form, its more like liquid makeup form or I guess velvet form, but it comes in a few different shades, I wear bronze bc I am brown and in the summer I tan pretty well, so the bronzes gives me a glowing tropical look and its good to wear it with no make up. I can even use it as lip color so my face and lips look the same, its nice..

Its called Velvet and glow..

i don't want to use bronzer 'cause i think it would make my face greasy?, would it? well i don't think i need it anyway, i have a nice natural, medium brown bronze to my skin already, my real skin. i've been browsing through different products, i don't want to quickly get anything 'cause i know i'd be frustrated if i have to change it. speaking of change, in the past i've used a lot of different toothpastes, my favorite was armnhammer enamel care, i like colgate total too, which do you prefer?

Just use a bit of bronzer and a little foundation around the dark circles under your eyes and blemishes. Some cream pink blush looks good with that too. That's what I do. lol I've gotten to the point where I hate wearing foundation all over my face, and it looks just as good.

edit: okay, scratch that bronzer idea then lol

you cant wear foundation all the time, go for regualr facial, facial yoga exercises are good for healthy blood flow to face..

detoxing with a lot of fluids, no liquor and atelast 10 glasses of water always better up skin tone.

ah also, go for even skin tone, you need to bleach, use herbal jolen for example.

....
dont forget sun blocks.
in summer it is not possible for me to wear any foundation atall, .... so a good skin is all the more needed.

Oh god, I know... foundation in the summer is just gross. It feels like your face is melting off. It's not like it's going to stay there anyway.

Foundation, period, can be gross if one like really cakes it on every single day. I think it should be lightly applied if one is to use it. Of course this just my opinion. I only wear it on very special occasions.

If it lacks radiance - use a light-diffusing foundation. I use Loreal's and it does the job.
