I am so blessed! The descriptions also fit a real loving caring real man who is not afraid to be a real person in his own right unbound by the gender stereotypes that society says, as to what is a real man or woman. He is more loving and nuturing than many women I have known. He is my husband, my friend and lover! He is a real man even though he is not a macho grab it and growl, me man, you woman type guy! Lotus Your Grandma's Vegetable Lady story is wonderful! A similar thing happened when my grandparents died. Everyone wanted the things of monetary value and the things they could sell at big profit! I asked if I could have their clothes in their closets and dressers. I divvied the clothes up to folks in need and altered some to fit my son. My Grandma knew I loved this Jesus plaque she had over the living room door for years. She also knew I loved my Grandpa's bowties and Mork From Ork suspenders!(which my son wore!) As I went through her dresser I found carefully wrapped in the bottom drawer, the optical illusion wood plaque with the word Jesus, and a batch of Grandpa's bow ties going back in time some 50 years or more! And a picture of them both together! And a note...To Faye with Love, Grams. Another Grandma surprised me by sending me back the pictures of my infant son along with her marriage certificate and the love letters that Grandpa gave her before they wed back in the 1920s, and the letter to her parents asking for her hand in marriage!!! I recieved the letter written in her own hand, saying I am sending back the pictures of my sweet little grandson and my keepsakes of all these years. I shall not need them where I am going. Love and God Bless you Dear Granddaughter, Your ever loving Grandmother. She died before I received the letter and the gifts. It was strange, she knew, even though she was not ill. Amazing woman! ------------------ ~Judgement Must Be Balanced With Compassion~ ~Do Not Seek Wealth From The Suffering, Or The Dire Needs Of Others~ ~Assumption Is The Bane Of Understanding~ ~ if you keep doing what you did, you'll keep getting what you got.~ }><}}}(*> <*){{{><{ ~~~ ~~ ~~~~ ~~~ ~~ ~~~~~ ~~~ ~~~~ ~~~ IP: Logged |

I made a Halloween pumpkin once that had Cow horns, and dried pig's ears and dried turkey feet from a pet supply store. Ghastly looking not cute like Vegetable Lady! But definitely a weird looking Jack-O-Lantern! And if you peel an apple and carve a face in it and let it dry it will look like a shrunken head! Especially if you paint it and sew it 1/2 way through the drying! And add hair, fake or thread hair in little plugs then too, and beards or mustaches and eyelashes, brows and so forth, As it dries it gets Really creepy!------------------ ~Judgement Must Be Balanced With Compassion~ ~Do Not Seek Wealth From The Suffering, Or The Dire Needs Of Others~ ~Assumption Is The Bane Of Understanding~ ~ if you keep doing what you did, you'll keep getting what you got.~ }><}}}(*> <*){{{><{ ~~~ ~~ ~~~~ ~~~ ~~ ~~~~~ ~~~ ~~~~ ~~~ IP: Logged |

I will send you the directions on the shrunken heads when I go to make some myself again! It is fun! And like I said, most big pet supply places like Pet Supplies Plus or many feed stores have the Dried stuff.
