a house change and hunting is not an easy task and, since one cant do so every second month, take your time, even if you have to settle with your mom for a few days, till you find the right place...

... hope you dont have to search for long. keep your patience and spirit.

love you.. take care

Oh no, Lotus. So sorry to hear that your sister threw the glitch in.

Sorry but that sounds quite selfish on your sister's part. Even if you and her do not get along she needs to think of your kids.

Shouldn't that be your mom's decision since it's her house?

Don't mean to be nosy and butt in but that made me angry at your sister. Grrrrr

My mom takes care of my sister, I moved back From Canada, Apirl 2006, because my sister had been committed to the state hospital, so my mom had to quit her job, to be able to get her out of there. My sister and her son, run the house.
It's crazy, total dysfunction, and a 7 year old running the show. There is just no talking to My Mom or sister, they don't listen to reason.

I'm trying to get a hold of my landlord. ...

I'll be thinking of you and your girls Lotus.

May your landlord show some compassion and help you out.

Hugs,
GG

oh my gaud... lotus ... hug you...

there are some house available only for summer holidays.. though still more expensive than averge houses but you dont have to pay and sign a contract for an year.. (in france here, it is pretty common esp in july august)...

I know you must be doing internet search and a phone bill tht is creeping high by minute... hold your patience. ask your mom if they can keep kids,,, you can sleep cheaper somewhere...

I really feel for you. LOVE.

ok I am just thinking aloud... wht can be done..

1. ask land lord for one month of extension, it is already july, he/whe wont be able to throw things out .

2. asking mom again for keeping stuff or kds alone

3. any friend who has a spare house however far flung or remote.

4. tourist housing or hostels for short period of time

5. moving into an appartment which is not really upto your standard, you rejected before... sign an easy moving out contract with a usual notice of 1-3 month. shift in and keep looking for better place to live.

again... you can give the name of the city where you live and approximate 'price range' tht suits you.

some of US knowflakes who have internet 24 hrs and spare time can search along you. I would I know... and others too.

tht will save your time.. or you can give your email to send to you.

......
I really dont know how to do something, it is so little to do for a friend....... YOU are NOT ALONE atall... *hug you fiercely*

awww, you are all the greatest!
I currently live in a town that borders Manchester, NH...I am looking anywhere in
a hour radius of Manchester..
Still haven't heard from my landlord, left
messages letting him know, I would not be out
today! I've been going through craig's list,
and sending out one email after another, on
all the places that fit our needs.
It's one of my daughter's birthday tomorrow
and then the other on the 12th, they really
can't handle staying at my mom's, it'a a crazy house!
I feel like a horrible mom, what a mess!
Tears Tears Tears

I LOve ALL of YOU

you are a wonderful Mother and a great person. God never hands out a bigger challenge than we are capable of handling...... just that those who are more patient and strong end up with bigger and tougher equations to balance.

... LOVE YOU ...

Lotus,

I noticed you said you were on craigslist. I wondered if you'd seen this listing? I wasn't sure what your rental budget was, though it looks like a nice place.

Well, the first one that said my dog was too big, they just called me, and I will look at it on Thursday the 5th, at 5:00pm, my lucky numbers, hehe, yeh right!
At this point I have appointments to look at places everyday, and still haven't read all the emails that have been sent back to me, from Craig's List.

Okay, I have a little party to get ready for, it's my daughter's birthday, today!

Have a Wonderful Day!

LOve to ALL. ...
