I have learned through life not to bottle up things. I did realize long, long ago that it does have an adverse effect on my whole constitution to bottle things.

Any adversity which causes me stress does make me physically ill so I do try hard to get along with people for that reason and when it does happen I have learned to just let it go and not take it in and own it.

All in the genetic allele combinations . I think you're already familiar with basic biology so you would know that if both parents are a type A bllod type per-say, you end up getting an AA combintation hence you get a A blood type.

The negitive and the positive aspect of the blood type comes from the Rh factor which follows the same allele combination idea as the ABO concept but by throwing in the Rh factors, you increase the combination to 30 Lol!

See positive Rh is the dominanat type so if both your parents are O+, you get a ++ combination and hence you will have an O+ blood type. If one of your parents have an O+ blood type and ther other an O- then the dominant positive allele shall overtake the properties of the ressesive - allele. So even though your genetic allele combination is +-, you're still O+. If both your parents have O- as their blood type then you end up with a -- combination and so you end up having O- blood type.

Biology wasn't my strongest subject. I seem more interested in learning these things as I get older.

So it has to do with parent's blood types and Rh factors... and it's the Rh factor that causes A-B-O?
