If you want anything in bold , you use a "b" instead of the word "quote" but still inside the same brakets.
You can also do this type of letter by using the letter "i", like this:

Hello, how are you

If you want to bold inside a quote, you do the qoutes on the outside and then the bold on the inside, it won't work the other way around.

like this [quote][b]......

It is hard to explain without actually trigering the actions and then you won't see how it is done.

For a url link, you put the "url" inside the brakets and for an image you do "img" inside the brakets.
Don't forget to use the "/" on teh second portion of the code.

Use the square brackets..[ and ] and write the word QUOTE in caps between them. Start a new line beneath that for what you're quoting and end it with /QUOTE between the two square brackets..[ and ].
