Safe Ending to Amber Alert EL CERRITO, Calif. (KCBS) -- The CHP issued an Amber Alert Friday afternoon after a four-month-old girl was kidnapped from El Cerrito. Response from concerned citizens led to the quick recovery of this child. The baby was found safe in South San Francisco, and the suspect had been taken into custody. Amelia Beloy was abducted at 3:25 p.m. from El Cerrito, according to police. Joshua B. Beloy, 21, who is not the victim’s father, was arrested in connection to the kidnapping.

Thanks so much for the update, YFIS So happy the baby was found unharmed.  Wonder why he kidnapped her. He must be some relative because they have the same last name. Guess that will all come out later. All that really matters is that she was found and is safe now. IP: Logged |
