I actually went with a couple friends on a San Francisco photography trip one day the weekend before last. I haven't had a whole lot of time to play with them yet, though. My friend talked me into opening a Flickr account. It's here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/acousticgarden
I let my friend use my tripod for most of the trip since he's never gotten to use one. He has bought one since then.

wow guys, this thread takes the cake in terms of dramatics, i bet there are oscar winning films with lesser drama.
i dont know who started what, who is right or who is wrong i do know this is not what a community in the name of a metaphysical genius should be all about. there is more muck and possibility for standoffs in real life, maybe u aqll should switch off the P.C. and go fight and bicker with more deserving ones out in the world.
