As a human being, as spirit manifested in form, you are innately worthy. Your worthiness does not have to be strengthened or improved. However, you may not PERCEIVE yourself to be worthy.

If you doubt your self-worth, consciously or unconsciously, you will limit the good things you will allow into your life.

Do you consider yourself worthy? It may help to answer these questions:

- Do you find it easier to give than to receive?
- Do you have as much money as you would like?
- Do you feel driven to improve yourself?
- Do you value other people's time more highly than your own?
- How would you feel if someone offered to pay you a salary of $1 million/year?

If you find you lack self-worth, don't despair. Just being aware of your self-worth issues will help you let them go.

My thought on that is that if we have inner self-worth we like ourselves and accept and approve of ourselves knowing our true worth. For that reason how others react to us or what others may think of us does not have any effect on our self-worth.

I would much rather have my self-worth based on inner knowledge of what my true and real worth is than on the reactions of others to me. The things of the world, even how others see us or react to us are transient. Not something to rely on.

Good question there Artlovesdawn!!!

I feel it's a bit of both balanced together, with the s-ELF mirrors being used as reflections of ones inner s-ELF being reflected back at US ALL, though other's. It's up to us to learn what is being reflected in these Mirrors and learning how to balance s-ELF and outer reflections into ONE and the same!!! Just happens to be one of my best ways of learning about mys-ELF and truly feeling other's and mys-ELF. Its kind of like a meter, monitor of that sort and connects me with a different kinds of energy sources and can really show me were I maybe unbalanced and then help me to tip the scales a little more from one side to the other. Finding some equilibrium in and amongest it all.
