quote: So you are O.K to stand on it in the middle of the night then?
You forgot the / at the end. Thanks for the person who put in the quote instructions, I flicked through and saw that, very handy to know. p.s As a kid I used to cycle past Robert Plant's house. Not on purpose, it was just on the route and was a couple of miles away from where I lived. He used to drink in my dad's local, all very low-key, reputation of being a down-to-earth guy. My husband was a bit shocked when he looked up from his pint and saw him sat there. So what, said my dad, I see him all the time, he hasn't bought me a pint yet! Just 'cos he's famous, why should he buy you a pint, said my brother, quite reasonably. IP: Logged |

Peace Angel, you`re not fiery? What about the ENTHUSIASM in posting here, the impatience in waiting for a response, that comes much too slow, even though it might have been just 10 minutes later? Oh and Meta: Boo back! BTW can you tell, fom what film the quote is? "Boo" "Boo Back"
One of my most favourite films, with a very sexy protagonist, at least in this particular film. A fellow Sag with Aries-Moon and Venus and Mars in Scorpio. *swoon* Won`t get married even though he has been in a steady relationship with someone for YEARS. And me, well, I never had a crush on him, but this guy, for some reason, is a big, big Turn on for me. Completely sexually, not emotionally or romantically at all. I just wanna grab him and..... I`m talking too much, no? Oh btw he`s exactly 2 weeks older than Jude. I made it too easy, didn`t I? DD IP: Logged |

You got me, DAMNED, I KNEW it was too boringly easy for a great mind like yours. Another quote from that movie? "Come out come out wherever you are." Whoa, still gives me shivers just thinking about his voice in that one. Or two more of my favourite quotes out of this movie:
1."You saved me." - "How presumptious." 2. "You want" - "What do I want?" "You yearn" - "What do I yearn?... What do I yearn?" So sensual...

PA,I looked a your synastry with Anderson Cooper. His Mercury is conjunct your IC, and it rules his 12th house. 4th house and 12th house - both highly karmic houses. 12th his said to carry the memory of the last incarnation, and 4th is the core of your soul. And here it`s MErcury, the REPORTER of the zodiac, making this connection. No wonder you are affected. Your pluto conjuncts his 12th housecusp, and Pluto rules your 8th house, another strong karmic interplay. With his 12th house activated it relates to HIS last incarnation, and may be a big mystery to him, if you ever were to meet. 12th house is somehow blurry, you`re affected, but you don`t know why and how exactly. And sometimes planets in the 12th just get lost. The ruler of IC, SAturn, conjuncts your ASC, Sun, Karma and Chiron, so another karmic indicator (his IC).
His DC and Moon conjunct your Mercury - Moon rules his MC and Mercury rules your 3rd and 6th houses - something in the way he communicates and fulfills his profession is very appealing to you. His NN conjuncts your MC-ruler in your 2nd house - something about his lifepath resonates with your professional life,t oo. I guess you have the utmost respect and admiration for his work. BTW what is your profession? DD IP: Logged |

I`m puzzled by Stuart Townsend and why I feel such a strong physical attraction to him (at least to what I can see on screen). Our synastry isn`t that outstanding. Can you give it a look and see if you find something to explain that "pull"? I realize we have a Venus-Valentine-double whammy, conjunction and opposition, but that would relate to romantic and loving scenarios,w hich I`m not referring to here. Where are the sizzling aspects I can`t see?

Ewww... Stuart Townsend... *gags*The quotes are from Queen of the Damned, which he did horribly in by the way. He's not sexually powerful enough to play a vampire, especially the notorious Lestat. He doesn't command women. He's not lust worthy. He's not in control of his sexual appeal, or nature enough. Just blehhh! I didn't really look at his chart, but i'm sure that we wouldn't get along. However, Anderson Cooper is just yummy ^_^ Ohh, and i'm a huuuuggge fan of Led Zeppelin. I am very attracted to Robert Plant... at least 1970s Robert Plant. What a sex god! Let me tell you, if i could go back to 1974, that man would be in trouuuuubbllle! Not really... maybe for an hour he'd be in trouble, but he's no Voldemort ^_^ He's really watery actually, i think he also has Venus in Cancer, like me. Perhaps that's why i think he's delightful... BUT, i have some eye candy for you lovely ladies. Behold, the wonder that is Gale Harold. You're all very welcome IP: Logged |

Meta, good to know we would never have to fight about a man. Our taste seems to be sooo different. I personally thought "Queen of the Damned" was funny, if you didn`t think of the book, and I thought he was just delicious in it. Hey it would be interesting to see where your Mars, DC, Venus and Eros are. Maybe that is where we differ so greatly? My Mars is in SAgittarius in 12th house conjunct Neptune. My DC is in Gemini, with the ruler in Sagittarius in 1st house conjunct Sun. Venus is in Capricorn in 1st house square Pluto. Eros is in Cancer in 8th house conjunct Saturn. What`s up with your placements?
Oh I almost forgot:
Oh btw He`s not powerful? not lustworthy? Not hypnotical? Well, let me tell you, my dear, when I had finished watching the film for the first time, I didn`t even dare to get up and let down the roller shutter. Nothin could have made me coming to close to touch the night outside. No, I just hid beneath my covers and shook myself to sleep. Even when the TV was out, I still could feel his presence linger on, he felt as present as if he was really standing in my room, so much that all hairs on my arm stood up. I NEVER experienced something like that before or afterwards.
And so I am surprised that it doesn`t show in the synastry. IP: Logged |

Ah well, I tried a slightly different approach this time, and applied the Duads or Dwads in this synastry (Dwads tell you, what is underneath the normal sunsign; it`s a division of each sign into the 12 signs; a mini zodiac in each sign, and every 2,5° the sign changes - let`s say I have a Sagittarius-Sun; then 0°-2,5° would also be the Sagittarius Duad, 2,5° - 5° would be the Capricorn Dwad - it`s actually freekingly accurate in most synastries, go have a look ). his D(uad) Sun opposes my D Venus (0) his D Sun opposes my D Eros (1) his D Sun opposes my D Pan (1)
his Venus conjunct my D IC (3) his D Venus opposes my D Venus (2) his D Venus opposies my D Eros (1) his D Venus opposes my D Pan (1) his Mars ocnjunct my D Lilith (0) his D Mars opposes my Sun (0) his Pluto conjunct my d SN (2) his D Pluto conjunct my d Lilith (2) his NN conjunct my D Pluto 82) his NN conjunct my D Psyche (1) his D NN conjunct my Eros (2) his D NN conjunct my Pan (2) his Karma conjunct my D Karma (2) his Eros conjunct my D Venus (1) his Eros conjunct my D Eros (0) his Eros conjunct my D Pan (0) his D Eros conjunct my Eros (3) his D Eros conjunct my Pan (3) his D Psche oposite my Eros (1) his D Psyche oposite my Pan (1) his D Psyche conjunct my D Pluto (3) his D Aphrodite conjunct my Pluto (1) his D Aphrodite conjunct my D Sun (1) And while I was doing that I noticed that there is a LOT of Pan interaction natally. His Pan conjuncts my DSC and Draconic Moon exactly. It`s also conjunct my SN (2) and opposes my Mars (3). My Pan is widely conjunct his SN, too, (4), which is some sort of DW on Pan-SN. It`s also trine his Mars (1) - so there is another dw on MArs- Pan. And what does Kim Falconer write on Pan: "I think Pan brings something very earthy, very natural to the body. You might say, “how can the body be un-natural?” Yes, well, there are plenty of people squeamish about bodily functions, “tight” when it comes to physical pleasure and “Victorian” in their approach to sensations. Pan is not one of them. Pan brings a link with the instinctual nature and couples it with a kind of wily pleasure. He’s cheeky, audacious and not opposed to startling others with his ‘natural approach’. The body is strong, the sense activated, the capacity for sensual experience extraordinary. A prominent Pan offers these gift in exchange for honouring the realm of the senses. This may or may not fit with the rest of the chart. If one has a great deal of Air, particularly Libra, then the blood and bone and function of the body, the hair and smell and sweat of it is a little (or lot) gross. It’s too much. It’s uncivilized and Pan is definitely about an aspect of the psyche that is uncivilized, untamed. Not everyone is comfortable with the Wild God. Pan gives the body robust strength, added libido and sharp instinct. He is raw and vital and knows natures ways. He is a seducer of the innocent, and the knowledgeable as well. He is one hell of a romp, metaphorical or otherwise." ROFL Did I mention that this wild, natural God is on 22° Cancer in my chart, joining my Eros on 22° Cancer, my Vertex on 22° Cancer and my Destinn on 24° Cancer and even my Draconic IC on 25° Cancer, opposing my Sun-Moon-midpoint on 22° Capricorn. But it also is eyed very carefully and suspiciously by my SAturn on 17° Cancer I guess.

You poor dear, you're suffering from delusions. Aww, it's ok, Meta will take of you and nurse you back to health. I can give you daily doses of beautiful men to fix your God-aweful sickness. Don't worry! My: Mars- 16* in Taurus, in the 7th House, opposite Pluto, square Moon, square Sun and sextile Venus, etc. Venus- 21* in Cancer, in the 9th House, conjunct Chiron/Jupiter, trine Pluto, opposite Saturn/Neptune, etc. DC- 11* in Taurus, conjunct Mars, etc. Eros- 13* in Gemini, in the 8th House, conjunct Psyche, sextile Sun, trine Moon, etc. Psyche- 5* in Gemini, in the 8th House. Pan- 25* in Cancer, in the 9th House, conjunct Venus/Chiron/Jupiter, opposite Saturn. I posted my chart AND listed my placements because i wasn't sure what all info you wanted... plus i am a visual person, so it's easier for me to see. WOW, yes, we REALLLLLLYYYY like different guys. Oh my, your Mars in Sag makes your men... yucky XPPPP I actually find i like watery men more than any other kind. I am convinced that i need to marry a man with Venus in Scorpio. It wouold be the perfect, deadly combination for my chart. I don't much like brawny men, like my Mars implies. Lumberjacks and construction workers are sincerely icky actually... What about you, my sick friend? ^_^ IP: Logged |

Gale Harold's Chart: Gale Harold looking very Scorpio: There's nothing spectacular going on between him and i, synastry-wise, but that's alright. He's just intriguing. Not bewitching, or besotting, but... intriguing. I think that we would have interesting conversations. There are different types of connections we make with people, you know? There's mental, emotional, physical, sexual, spiritual, etc. Ours would be mental, i presume, not filled with uncomfortable sexual passion, or fantastic love. Friends, i think, just friends. DD,His Eros conjunct your Venus, his Psyche opposite your Pluto, and His Aphrodite conjunct your Pluto- WOW. Very, very nice. No wondered you've been diseased by such a foul actor! And you're wrong. He's not sexual in command. At all. He might have a nice body in that film, but he lacks passion. He doesn't make your skin shiver, or your heart ache, or your groin desire. He just says the lines, he doesn't put anything into it. I'm speaking from an actor's point of view, because that's what i am... an actor. So when i see his performance, and how he says lines like "come out, come out, wherever you are" or "what WHAT is like exactly?". IT DRIVES ME NUTS!! There is so much that he could do with those 2 seemingly simple lines! He could change his tone, change his expression, say it differently, express something in his body language... but what does he do? He says it EXACTLY like it's written. What a daft sod. IP: Logged |

I think it's quite unfair of you to loftily proclaim that DD's feelings are WRONG and yours are RIGHT. Just because someone drives you nuts while others are magnetized to them does not make YOU right and them WRONG. It only makes your opinion right for YOU. Please respect others and allow them to have their own opinions and feelings, just as you do, without indulging in pompous and condescending judgments about them being WRONG.Thank you in advance. Woahhhhh, you've misunderstood. I wrote that as a statement, as an opinion. I wasn't trying to preach that i am correct and DD isn't. DD is entitled to her own opinions and feelings, and i COMPLETELY respect that. The tone of that exerpt was not meant to come off as malicious or condescending. Not at all. I was just explaining myself and my judegment.DD, if i have offended you i sincerely apologize. I would never dream of hurting you or making you feel belittled. Please, accept my apology, because i mean it. Earnestly. I am so sorry. IP: Logged |

PA, First of all, thank you for telling zala i didn't mean to be an idiot. ^_^ Second of all... if you bad mouth ralph fiennes again, you will force me to use my magical powers to create some violent voodoo for your blaspheming be-hind. Banshees just might shoot out through your computer. You'll wake up and be covered in everything from tics to fleas to puss filled genital warts. SO WATCH YOURSELF!!! Third, Gale Harold plays (played) Brian Kinney on the Showtime show called Queer as Folk. I have an affinity for guy-on-guy for some reason. I've tried to figure out what in my chart would cause that, but i can't pin point it. And the character that Gale played was SOOOO Scorpion, so that makes Gale all the more attractive. What do you think of him? You like??? You want to make him wear a pink, fluffy boa and prance around in a dog collar and pink stelletos?? I bet you do IP: Logged |

Zala and PA,thank you for standing up for me. But I think Meta didn`t mean it THAT serious. I read it as if it was spoken in a light maybe a bit playfully dramatic tone with a blink in her eye. It`s all just a game and a matter of taste. Some girls have it, some don`t. But you two didn`t say anything about Stuart. So I think you`re with Meta on this one, and I`m out here alone in my rapture? Meta, you call me sick? You call me delusional? The queen of delusions is calling me delusional? *raising eyebrow* The girl who is into Ralph Fiennes, the man who put that boring into boring?
I never managed to sit through the whole "English patient" *yawns* and I only watched "A dangerous man" because of Alexander Siddig. Actually I ended up forwarding all scenes, in which Sid didn`t show up. But you know I`m only kidding, you`re entitled to your opinion as I am to mine. But we both know I am right and you are not. Okay, seems I can`t stop that. I don`t mean it that way, you know that, right? It`s all just fun and games and Stuart Townsend actually does all that to me, makes my skin shiver and my groin ache.
