I would not recommend moving to California, as it is very expensive here. Even in the central valley, its real estate is expensive and the cities are crowded. I've lived here all my life, and haven't bought a house because I want to move somewhere else.

My husband is from Texas, and his brother B. recently returned after two years in the Golden State. B. and my husband both agree, people are much nicer in Texas as compared to California.
