I don't know - I'm not really that into looks - not that they're not of value - but i can see right into people so I go there first and see where and how we connect - if we connect, etc. - and the dynamic between us. Purely go by feel. That's how I live my life. Everything is based on feelings. IP: Logged |

I guess I'm a bit like that too. Of course looks for me is the initial attraction but if a guy acts like a tool, then I'll probably get turned off and remember his behaviour for ever. IP: Logged |

I have to go too.But when I come back, we didn't talk about Crimson's Matt-Mac post. He's worthy of addressing - or is that undressing. Not my type - but I can see why women find him amazing. IP: Logged |

Can someone please, please check my reasoning here! As we know I'm a bit hooked on the old JT. Remember how I said I know that there's something there? I said it might have something to do with the Eros-Psyche square (on page 13). It just occurred to me that we have Uranus-Neptune DW. I know these are outer planets but they occur in prominent houses and it's a DW. 1. My Uranus conj his Neptune both in our 7th house. Ura rules my 11th, Nep rules his 12th. 2. My Neptune trine his Uranus. His Uranus rules his 11th, Neptune rules my 12th. His Uranus is in his 5th and would fall in my 4th, my Neptune is in my 8th and would fall in his 8th. The interpretations of these aspects: http://www.skyviewzone.com/lovematch/uranussynastryaspects.htm#urstri quote:
Uranus conjunction Neptune: What does it mean to your relationship when your Uranus is in conjunction to your partner's Neptune? Your romantic partner will inspire your creativity and expand your intuitive abilities. You will share radically new ideas and ideals which will intensify during your romantic relationship. If your romantic partner's Uranus is in conjunction with your Neptune, he/she may begin to experience heightened states of consciousness and even ESP phenomena.
quote: Uranus trine Neptune: What does it mean to your relationship when your Uranus is trine your partner's Neptune? You give your partner a sense of interest and opportunity, he/she adds a tremendous sense of awe and wonderment to life, expanding your insight and understanding of potentials and possibilities. If your romantic partner's Uranus is trine your Neptune, you sense of openness connects you both to enhanced imagination and creativity, expanding consciousness, and awakening your awareness of the Divine love within us all.
Please help, your opinion is needed! IP: Logged |

Crimson quote: I have sat here for I dunno how long reading this thread from line 5... since that's about when I went to bed last night lol. But I have enjoyed reading it! You both have such wittiness about you.. you know what to say and when to say it.. I've always struggled with that.. If I so much as tried to be witty, I'd leave the room with nothing but crickets chirping in the background lol.
I'm glad that our exchanges entertain you. I know they entertain me. There are so many funny people here. When I first joined here I was a bit nervous and wanted to just learn and share my knowledge and somewhere in there I just made the conscious decision to relax and have fun and if people are going to like me or what I have to say, they will and if not, read another thread. The thing with this thread is that I'm sure that there are people on-site who resent it being here. But then I think there are others who read it and kind of enjoy it but don't contribute. It's a bit of a guilty pleasure. And we make ourselves fodder for it. And that's part of the fun - not taking yourself seriously - and being able to laugh at others and mostly yourself. It's all just fun. And as I tell my kids all the time, if it's not fun, it's not worth doing. So relax, the thing with us is that we don't judge - we mock - but it's not serious - all in the name of fun. This is where I learn to relax and be myself and learn that being that person is okay. And hopefully I share that with others and they feel okay to be who they are without fear of judgement. It's an anything goes thread - and we're anything goes people. Have fun with us. There's no judgement here. Just be who you are - that's all you ever need to be. quote: PA.. you are one of my favorite's who post on here. Not just the funny one's but other posts as well. You are well informed about what you post. And when you're funny... you are sooooo funny... seriously (wait...was that a oxy-moron?)
Wow - I really appreciate that. Last night the thread kind of turned and made me centre of attention - and while I don't mind my comments and jokes being the centre of attention, I'm really uncomfortable personally in that place. But it teaches me about myself. So when you make comments like these, it really means a lot and I genuinely appreciate it. Thank you. IP: Logged |

CrimsonSomeone mentioned Matt back in Zala 1, I think. He didn't get much response. I'm sure I nicknamed him Mat-Mc. I can see why woman find him attractive, but there's something grungy about him to me. He's lovely - seems genuine and sweet. Not big headed and filled with self-importance that some movie stars seem to be. Grounded. He's kinda child-like. That's lovely in a man. IP: Logged |

CC, you're still free to mention Matt here As I said, I don't really have much of a memory for him, of course I recognise him, not sure if I've actually seen him in motion, I looked up his filmography and can't remember seeing any of his films but I'm sure I've seen him somewhere!BUt that's what makes the world go round and so attractive, each person is different and unique. That looks l like when he was in Cairns. IP: Logged |

CCI really liked MatMc in the movie with SJP - was it "Failure To Launch"? I haven't seen him in much else, not that I can recall right now. He was hilarious when he guest starred in Sex & The City. I love it when stars can make fun of themselves. Did anyone see the YouTube thing with Matt Damon - I'm ******* Matt Damon? Oh, man - too funny! The first time I watched I had tears in my eyes - the second time I watched it - I laughed even harder. IP: Logged |

I thought I`d post my synastry with Sean Bean, as I haven`t posted any synastry of mine for such a long time.Interesting, if he has been born in the first half of the day, his Moon will be trine my Mars and ASC, if he has been born in the middle of the day, his Moon will be trine my ASC, NN and Neptune and if he has been born in the last half of day, his moon will be opposing my Moon.

Mars in AquaIt's a few pages back. Were you asking about bedroom Mars or in general? Aqua is about equality. I like a rugged, masculine type man but I would be switched right off by crude aggression or a really macho type. In the past I've have the 'sex is my right because you've been speaking to me' approach, I don't know if it is meant to be masculine and powerful but it does nothing for me. As an Air sign ~ you'd be thinking I like to have some brain action to go with the body action. Very true, and when it gets down the basics I don't object to a bit of dirty talk or maybe joke or two in the right place. It's supposed to be fun, after all. IP: Logged |

BM,I agree there is definitely a difference between the delicious "a bit rough" type and the true macho-type, which is a real turn off. Well, I have Mars in SAg in the Aquarius Dwad, and my Lilith is in Aquarius - equality is a big issue for me. Not in the sense that we are all the same (there would be just no attraction if we were), but despite our difference we are equally valuable and worth (Moon in Aquarius in 2nd house?). That is not only true in the bedroom but ALWAYS. I need a man who is so manly that he can admit and accept some weakness in himself and in others. IP: Logged |

Interesting conversation.I agree - a real man man is a turn off - because they hold those qualities that women are incapable, hopeles, etc. But a masculine man who can see his partner as a spiritual and mental equal is lovely. I don't believe men and women are physically equal. And I wouldn't want to blur those differences. Women have a softness that men don't have, and yet they need. IP: Logged |

I think the thing about Air sign Mars is to not overly intellectualise sex, as an act. My Mars is in Taurus so I'm very - bodily. I don't really see the value in the extras, all you need is two people and some inner fire. The rest is all bu11shit to cover up for what is lacking inside or the sexual energy created. If you need to embellish sex, there's a problem starting to happen.IP: Logged |

Yes, I definitely agree, PA.That is actually what I see as a "real man". Someone who is not afraid of expressing his "manly qualities", but doing it with selfconfidence and respect for others. IP: Logged |
