For me - weakness of character in a man is a real turn off. So when you said weakness, I kind of cringed. I appreciate and understand "flaws" but weakness, that's hard for me. I need a STRONG man - personality wise - very very strong. Dominant, but not domineering. IP: Logged |

Hmm, I probably didn`t mean "Weakness", but rather "imperfection". Oh and btw what do you say to my synastry with Sean Bean? I know he is BM`s man and wouldn`t want to compete with her, but that man just has got something. I donīt know.

DDYour synastry with Sean. Your Aphrodite conjunct his NN was the first thing I noticed. He would idealise you as the perfect woman in this lifetime! OMG! You go girl. Ummm, sorry bm! But he's still good for a quickie behind the "Shoot & Reload". Ouch - his Saturn conjunct your Venus. He would inhibit your expression of love. Your versions of love would be different. It can also mean you're attracted to him as an older man - later in your life too. Your Venus opposite his Mars. Conflict. Hmmm. Seems like a love and hate relationship. Fight and make-up. Not passionate though. I can't see passion here. IP: Logged |

Blue Moon - your Mars is one degree from my Eros. Hubba Hubba. So I guess you like the humanitarian male, different maybe even kinky. That's how my Eros feels. I was asking about the mentality of it to see how much it parallels my Eros in Aqu. IP: Logged |

Yeah, Sean Bean just has that "something" that appeals to a mass of women. I think Gerry has that too. IP: Logged |

23 - I used to see Rafe as a Sco Rising, but I recently checked out his chart at astrotheme. In the bio, it included a quote about the flight attendant incident, and Rafe's pr guy said that Rafe, in his defense, claimed not to have been the aggressor in the relationship. I don't think a Sco Asc would ever claim that about a consensual relationship, unless he was being ironic. Your Taurus and Virgo choices make a lot of sense to me. Taurus would see the Sco "other" as the more powerful one in the relationship, and he'd be the Venusian having his will bent to please the Plutonian. I can see Virgo fitting as well, since Virgo perceives itself in a service role. Wouldn't a Virgo Asc be more choosey sexually, though? I know some Virgo Asc's, and they're not as highly sexed as the Taurus Asc's I know. Sorry if this topic has already been exhausted, I can't keep up with all the posts! I'm still on the 4th page. quote: LOL - that pic of JT - the shock look - every time I see that it cracks me up. Every time the page loads after a post that's where it goes. ROFL.
Well I can post it a lot more if you like (as Deux suggested). I love this picture of JT, it's like the little boy waiting for mum's sandwiches and intently waiting: I'm going to have to take a break in the next few days due to commitments but I also need to get away from JT, he's seriously starting to get to me again I had an afternoon exercise session and couldn't get him out of my mind. Can someone please see the Nep-Ura stuff on the previous page and tell me what they think, please?!

quote: Wow! Someone actually READS my posts?! I often feel like I'm talking to myself sometimes on Lindaland
lol, I always assumed I was too, particularly with my long posts. At times I've been startled when people have responded. "Who goes there?!" I'm so sorry that your mom is one of the less evolved Scorpios. The Scorpio/Pluto/8th house influenced people I've known who have hurt me most are the envious ones. Scorpio focuses on other people's resources, and can see people as competitors, instead of as individuals in their own right, equally deserving of happiness. I'm not sure what it is in my chart that makes me this way, but someone invalidating me to make themselves feel better is the surest way to hurt me. Maybe it's my 2nd house sun. I know what you mean about giving freely. I think that's a part of why that behavior hurts me too, because I want everyone to be themselves freely, and it really hurts when someone only wants you to be yourself in a way that makes them feel good about themselves. Life isn't a competition. My aunt is a Scorpio sun, Cancer moon, and for most of their lives, she was really awful towards my mom. It all stemmed from her jealousy and resentment towards my mom, feeling like my mom had been the favored child by their parents and favored in other ways too (scholastically, socially, etc.). I got the sense that she never really saw my mom for who she was, just as who my mom was in comparison to her. Is that how your mom is, too? IP: Logged |

Jane - its cool! I don't mind raising it again, might upset PA but I don't care, I love ASC guesses. As I said, I can only say there was an element of neatness or delicacy or something which is either Venus or Virgo. The highly sexed stuff would simply come from the planets, he's got three in Sco off memory. IP: Logged |

janeReally? I always enjoy your posts. There are some people on-site who as soon as I see their name I just know not to go there. And equally there are some who I just always read their posts or threads because it's written or started by them - and you're one of those. Always enjoy your posts - you always have something intelligent and interesting to say. And you're hilarious. IP: Logged |

Thanks for hearing me out and thanks for your thoughts. I don't think my mum has ever understood me or got to know me as a person. She wouldn't know for example that I love JT, she never engaged in my interests but intensely engaged to my detriment in every social affair to the point of jealously keeping me away from people. It's only now as adults that we are sharing more things together, like simple things such as who our favourite actors are and stuff. I hope that makes sense. I'm sorry to hear about your aunty as well!IP: Logged |

This really is such a coincidence! The WORST insult I've ever received from a stranger involved that movie. It had just come out, I was at a hostel, and a girl I was talking to there was going to see it b/c she was in love with Rafe. So then I saw her later and asked how the movie was. She said it would probably be my type of movie, but that she didn't like it. WTF? My type of movie? I couldn't be paid to watch that cr@p. Edit- The memory alone has so enflamed me I couldn't do smileys correctly. IP: Logged |

Oh God! We're talking about Rafe again. Fine then. Or is that Fiennes, then?I watched the 60 Minutes interview with the airline girl on YouTube and she seemed really genuine to me - in her recount of the events and also in her emotions regarding it. She held no illusions that it was just a one-off encounter, etc, and that they weren't going to run off and get married any time. She understood that he didn't care about her, etc. So when she said that he came over to her and initiated the kiss - I believe that. She also said that when she called and told him that she was being suspended, etc, he said repeatedly to her that "nothing happened". I know he's intensely private and I respect that, but there's a difference between being defensive and being dishonest and just a plain jerk. What Ascendant is that then? IP: Logged |

It's JT pulling another face in an interview. I photographed it this morning off a DVD I have. I'm sure he was high in the interview. He was talking about being drunk and approaching Cubby Brocolli to do a theme for a Bond film (now View To A Kill). I just thought the photo would add a bit since us Aries Risers love to pull faces. DD and Sean Bean:The Libran asteroids and NN is interesting. Venus conj Saturn might mean stability. Jupiter conj Mars - a lot of energy , as well as the DC conj Venus - seems nice. Sun in 4th is very visceral. Not sure about Moon in 8th, I can't think of having that with anyone, would that complicate things you think? IP: Logged |
