quote: Is JT really the only guy you find attractive? Is he really the only one you feel you would have a connection to?
Oh no, there are many men I find attractive and I'd dribble over them. I think Russell Crowe is attractive, Donnie Wahlberg, Ben Affleck, Zach Braff, even V Putin or Simon Le Bon but there's just something about JT that I don't understand. I've tried to explain it one way yesterday but there are a lot of muddled up feelings and intuition of some sort there. I can't put my finger on it but it was instant identication when I first saw his picture, a deep sense of familiarity that I have experienced with other men in reality and it is on that level. Question is, I don't know why. However, I did do some reading last night and found a few interesting things concerning some of our placements. EDIT - I'd say it goes further than just knowing that a person will be special to you. With him it's like as if he is what I would be if I was at my best. I can see parts of me in him, especially when he was young, when I look at photos of his early days in the band and even more so prior to that, when he was Nigel. EDIT2- the only "knowing" feelings I have ever gotten for men is Mr 23 and another guy. Mr 23 I obviously am involved in, the other guy - we didn't go there because of other circumstances. JT is my third and in some ways, the most potent knowing. EDIT3 - Here's some things that go through my head: * I have more potent connections with Russell Crowe and others but why do I prefer JT? I don't know and don't understand * Why am in love with an image? I've never met the guy, he's a 2-D image, why do I feel this way? I feel stupid and it doesn't feel right. * How can I even justify these feelings or test them out when I don't know him and he doesn't know me? I can only say that it has something to do with the bombardment of my unaspected Venus.

Agreed, just don't be near him if has it in his hand, even at that age quote: I view Mars/Pluto as challenging actually. But then again, i'd rather have a hard aspect (conjunct, square, opp) than a harmonious one. But when i think or feel out Mars/Pluto, it does feel cold. It feels like there is no emotion. It's very powerful, and DAMN HARD to resist, but it's empty almost. The goal IS sex. Pure and simple.
Agreed as well as some deep psychological stuff going on there. quote: don't want to KNOW that there is some deep connection between Ralph and i. It's much easier to think it's just a mundane attraction, you know? That way there are no expectations. That way he won't embed himself into my mind, my life anymore than he already has.
I think you have similar issues to me except I've explored. IP: Logged |

23 quote: Well yeah, if the guy is hot and you have some anticipation of it in your head. It's another play on the Knight in Shining Armour and you are the Damsel in distress. In reality, I think it would be a different story
Oh, yeah - the anticipation. That's exactly it. Speaks loudly to Merc in Aries. The date has just begun but in my head I'm already at the end of the night. I've worked backwards and mapped how to get to that stage and carefully manouvered the conversation to that point. You can tell a woman's intentions by the underwear she leaves the house wearing. Where's your Eros and Psyche PA? Is your Psyche in Aries? They say that for Aries Eros-Psyche there's the Knight-Damsel type eroticism. IP: Logged |

Question: If you were to go on a TV talk show (as a guest) which theme music would they choose for you?I'm asking because I was just listening to Billy Idol's Rebl Yell and that was the music that they used to intro Colin Farrell on Ellen when he was promoting Alexander. Makes me think of him EVERYTIME I hear. And, ummm, no, I don't listen to it THAT much. IP: Logged |

Rebel Yell is such a fantastic song for Col'n, suits him to a T!I don't know. I'd probably end up with something like "Save A Prayer" (Duran) or "Metal" but Gary Numan. Maybe Kraftwerk? IP: Logged |

23You mentioned Hunters & Collectors earlier. Had the pleasure of seeing them live at The Coogee Bay Hotel on night. Brilliant. Awesome live performers. The place was so packed we were up the second floor watching over the balcony and literally holding onto the frame of the ceiling. So so good. I've seen Russell Crowe live too - before he made LA Confidential and became big in Hollywood. Best live show ever goes to U2. Love them - I've seen them a few times and, oh man................ what do you say. IP: Logged |

But i thought you said the feel you get from your syn is negative? You said you don't think you would actually get along. That you would probably irritate each other? IP: Logged |

Sounds all good Haven't seen any of them live. Paul Kelly is good live. I saw Pearl Jam but Buena Vista Social Club is brilliant. Greenday is terrible but their support act at the time, Living End (and they were unknown then) were brilliant! IP: Logged |

Yeah see, I don't get that. Synastry doesn't explain that. Maybe if you met him though, there might be an attraction there. Maybe it depends on other parts of synastry/astrology. IP: Logged |

Yeah, I know that doesn't fit with the astrology. But I can get a good sense from seeing someone and I feel zip for JT. I usually go into my head and imagine meeting them and feel the energy and that's where I get our dynamic - how it feels inside my skin. I'm not drawn to JT at all. If I went to astrotheme and did a search of all the famous men with their Mars on 28 degrees Aries, for a conjunction to my Venus, I'm sure that the majority of that list would not appeal to me. Well that's what I mean by muddled up. It's bad yet I'm compelled to like. Maybe it's my bad qualities and good qualities all together. I think in terms of astrology it's a bit of both. My Venus falls into his kite - these are the positive feelings and awakening of something in me. We also form one grand cross - bad and two t-squares. So what I am saying is that there is a lot of highly negative feelings from the negative chart patterns and the good stuff from my Venus being aspected. But going back to Russell Crowe at the top, I've got stronger aspects with him for example and other men. Why don't I feel for them as much? I just don't understand. Is it something that astrology can't explain, is it something that I missed? Is it because JT and I are highly able to relate to each other but not in a good way??

Crap... well, it's a three way tie: "With or without you" by U2 "Tangerine" by Led Zeppelin OR "There is a Light That Never Goes Out" by The Smiths For you PA i would think something like "Mysterious Ways" by U2. Or something totally quirky and energetic. Not 'Tainted Love" by Soft Cell... hmmm... you're a hard one... what about... "Whip It!" by Devo? No.. too... no, just doesn't fit. "Take On Me" by A-Ha! Oh Def. IP: Logged |

I don't understand the ramifications of Draco yet. I read bits of it what DD said to you before and I think I have a vague understanding. Draco is about the past maybe or needs and the draco person who has a lot of aspects to them from the other person's tropical person will be awakened. He has a lot to me than I to him but I have to go back and look to see what is going on. His Draco ASC is opp my Tropical ASC and threw me off as well as his draco Vx floating near my ASC off memory. Wait, a Grand Cross between two people isn't bad! It's supposed to be sincerely stimulating. But then again, if you're feeling negative energy from it... well, yeah, i guess it all depends on the planets involved. If it's between Venus/Mars/Pluto/Moon i'd say you have an INTENSE bond. But if it's Mars/Sun/Saturn/Moon well... that just isn't good... With the Russell thing-good synastry doesn't mean that the person will move you. It means that there is compatibility between you two. But you also have to take into consideration YOUR natal chart. The natal chart reveals to us very much so what we are looking for in someone else. In relationships. In love. If you're someone with a dark, emotive chart and lots of hard aspects you're not necessarily be turned on by someone who is very airy and who has a lot of trines in their chart. You're going to be looking for someone who has similar aspects as you do. Someone with a similar feel. Who can handle you and challenge you. Someone who is light to a hard person won't cut it. Just like someone heavy isn't going ot cut it if you're dainty. Just doesn't fit. IP: Logged |
