I love silence. I love stillness. I don't love Rafe. I said that he's rather handsome in "some" pictures. Which is true. Doesn't mean I fancy the most boring man in the world. And if I did like him, I wouldn't have fodder for jokes and we wouldn't have a running joke here.IP: Logged |

I'm very big on word humor. I think Russell Brand is HILARIOUS. I liked movies like Monty Python, The Importance of Being Earnest, and Briget Jones were hysterical. I HATEEEEEE slap-stick comdey. Hate it. Falling down the steps isn't funny. It's stupid. I hate predictability. And low brow humor. "Pull my finger" isn't funny, it's vulgar and turns me off profusely. IP: Logged |

It's better you don't love Ralph. Meta might have a nervous break down if you came on here one day and said, with all earnesty, "I like Ralph Fiennes". *shivers*** Oh! What a day that would be!! IP: Logged |

Okay - so our humour is not so far removed. I love Monty Python. I wake my kids up late at night to come and watch it with me. Of course, they're a wreck the next day for school - but hey, they got a better education from me at 2am than they will at school. I'm teaching them life skills - humour is everything. You can't deal with life without humour. Anyone can learn 1+2=3. I'm a HUGE Peter Cook and Dudley Moore fan. Chris Rock is another I love. MM, of course. Blackadder was brilliant. Billy Connolly leaves me laughing so hard I can't breathe. And yes, I love the Bridget Jones movies. There are some stellar moments in those. Priceless. And some lovely romantic ones too. IP: Logged |

I think that i just tend to be prudish in my humor. I don't like vulgarity. SO talking about sh1t or p1ss or things along that line bother me. You said Guy's use of fag wouldnt bother you if it was in jest. That would SINCERELY bother me. It would remove me from the entire movie. IP: Logged |

No, I don't find that funny at all. There's nothing funny about that. I can understand those words being used in anger and in a fight - because in the moment you lose yourself and it's easy to take a cheap shot - but not in humour. I don't mind people being rude and blunt - but not racist or sexist or homophobic. I hate it when people use fag and poofter, etc. Really annoys me. But I do find people who are really blunt (without being degrading) - say, like Dr House. He has some great moments. He can be rude but using sharp wit rather than put downs and discrimination. I have a big intolerance of homophobia. I don't know if Guy really is a homophobe. I'd hate to think so - not just him, but anyone, but it's out there. IP: Logged |

23 quote: Oh no, there are many men I find attractive and I'd dribble over them. I think Russell Crowe is attractive, Donnie Wahlberg, Ben Affleck, Zach Braff, even V Putin or Simon Le Bon but there's just something about JT that I don't understand.
Do you think that maybe that is part of the attraction - that you don't understand it. Whereas with the others you may be able to define certain things and understand them - but not with JT. And, if so, do you think that if you did come to understand them that your feelings for him would, therefore, change? IP: Logged |

Just taking a quick look at synastry with Anderson Cooper.OMG! You won't believe it. His Eros conjuncts my Psyche. There could be a dw. His Psyche may trine my Eros - I'll have to check the degrees, but it looks very close. His Saturn conjunct my Karma. Don't know what that means. His NN conjunct my Saturn. His Vertex conjuncts my Mars & Destinn. His Union conjunct my NN.

"But you also have to take into consideration YOUR natal chart. The natal chart reveals to us very much so what we are looking for in someone else. In relationships. In love. If you're someone with a dark, emotive chart and lots of hard aspects you're not necessarily be turned on by someone who is very airy and who has a lot of trines in their chart. You're going to be looking for someone who has similar aspects as you do."Meta sais it best here. You really have to look at your natals and see what your needs are. I mean do you think it`s a coincidence I am drawn to Plutonic people? My Venus squares Pluto I will show you my list: Paul: Venus trine Pluto Patrick: Venus square Pluto Jude: Sun square Pluto Mars in Scorpio Stuart: Venus and Mars in Scorpio Sean: Venus square Pluto Mars sextile Pluto And I am sure I could list many many more here. But bottomline is. all those guys have that intensity and darkness that I need, as my Venus-Pluto-aspect signifies. Now let`s imagine there is someone who has his Mars trine my Venus, but has most personal planets in Virgo, Libra and Cancer with no Pluto-aspects at all. I don`t think I would ever feel attracted to him, or that kind of attraction would be VERY shortlived, because he just doesn`t have what I need. And then after you looked at synastry and Draco, there comes the progressed chart into play, which shouldn`t be underestimated. Are the natal aspects backed up, intensified or kinda dormant?
For example: why do I start noticing Sean just now? (Except for BM talking about him). Well, we have had those Venus-mars-oppositions and whatever all my life long. And yes, I noticed the impact everytime I saw him, but then it faded away. Why have I felt compelled to explore this now? In the progressed synastry my pr Sun is just moving into a trine to his natal Venus (Paul WEstran sais that is THE relationship-triggering aspect, trine and conjunction in the progressed chart; well, some sort of relation has started, just by me acknowledging his existence) my pr DSC conjuncts his natal Mars, which reinforces the Venus-Mars-theme. and my pr Sun opposes his pr Venus, according to Westran a great sign of attraction, even though not as comfortable as the trine or conjunction. We have of course others, but those are the most important ones. And I truely think that is the reason that I noticed him. In the case of my last crush the progressed synyastry may also be the reason that it never got off the ground. WE have great synastry, compatibility-wise; we even share that damned Venus-Pluto-aspect, even though not in synastry. But there are many similiarities and "hooks" for an attraction in natal and synastry.
But our progressed synastry stinks. It really really does. No relationship-triggering aspects. The only interesting aspect is his progressed Venus exactly trine my Uranus. And that is just not enough, but interestingly it described the unusual setting of our first encounter and the overall unpredictable athmosphere pretty well. So, maybe there are some differences in either the natal comparision or the progressed synastry? IP: Logged |

23,I reduced your list a bit. I hope you don`t mind. Tropical v Tropical (23's aspects v JT's)
Venus/Memoria opp Sun/Venus ° definitely an aspect of attraction ° you as a woman might not be exactly what he is looking for, but very attractive to him ° but the attraction is based on being different more than being the same ° Venus-Sun opposition is a sign of very magnetic attraction Venus/Memoria trine Mars/Eros ° Venus trine Mars / Eros is probably very beautiful, too ° both of you play your natural roles, and you can make him feel like a man, and he makes you feel as a woman (and you appreciate each other) ° but I still think the trine is more comfortable and a sign of basic compatibility than Mega-attraction ° but in a challenging synastry this could be very helpful un/Saturn/Mercury opp Mars/Eros (natally 23's Sun/Merc opp Saturn) ° could be pretty challenging and even combative ° but Sun-Mars definitely is also a sign of attraction, just not the soft and gentle kind ° you challenge each other and would probably either tease you playfully or argue vehemently ° On top of that would your Saturn try to control his very strong masculine drive (Mars conjunct ERos, it is the same aspect that Sean Bean also has) ° His energetic attitude touches a very vulnerable spot in your personality; you may feel sometimes insignificant as a person (you are NOT insignificant, but Saturn cane make you feel sometimes as if you were); you may feel that whatever you do it is just not enough, not good enough, and he triggers that feeling; this could lead you to withdraw to protect yourself and to hide away from him, because you feel you are not good enough; he on the other hand may not be able to understand your selfcontrol; he notices how you control yourself and maybe feels rejected by this and doesn`t really understand it. Mars / Eros is bursting with selfconfidence (unless there are other aspects to his Mars and Eros) and he will want to lure you out, make you come out of your shell. But as it is Mars he probably will be as sensitive as steamtrain just rolling over you. Liz Greene once described the pattern in this aspect. She wrote that Mars will chase SAturn and try to urge Saturn to reveal herself to him, and be pretty demanding in that way. And Saturn will want to run away, to hide away, out of fear to be hurt, and yet secretly enjoys Mars`s energetic approach, because it shows her how much he desires her.
"Jupiter/ASC/Moon/Pluto square Saturn" ° this one is pretty challenging ° I think there is the danger that it is just too much Saturn, too heavy ° on the other hand makes SAturn every connection very lasting ° But you could feel controlled, stifled or rejected by SAturn ° But the thing is Saturn needs Moon; he will never admit it openly, but SAturn needs the openness towards feelings as Moon can give; and Moon needs the stability Saturn has to give (I have that exact square between my Saturn and the Moon of a friend of mine; it has been a very lasting friendship, even though there have always been moments when I needed to withdraw from her, because she just seemed too needy and dependent. It took me many years to realize that i am as dependent on her as she is on me. And we have learnt much from each other, as she showed me how to get in touch with my own emotions a lot better than I could do before; and I showed her a way to be a bit more stable and detached from her every moods; so SAturn-Moon-square actually can be a good thing, but it is exhausting at times)
"SN conj Isis SN conj Moon (wide - 5 deg)" Hey maybe he was your wife in a previous life?
"Pluto opp ASC" Pluto conjunct DSC is definitely an aspect of passion and obsession.
"Juno conj NN" You ARE committed to him, that is for sure. Every true fan is I think. "In JT's chart: 23's first name conj Lust/ASC," What more do you want? He would completely lust over you. Just make sure he knows your name.

Draconic v Tropical (23's aspects v JT's) Moon conj Chiron/23's first name in his chart ° So your energy (your name) is connected to his wound (Chiron) ° now the way he sees you and his inner wound triggers a deeply emotional response inside you, maybe even a memory. ° Either you have wounded him or / and you are able to heal that wound again, to nurture him and care for him "Uranus conj SN" I guess there was some upheaval in a previous life. Maybe you shook it completely up.
"Karma conj Chiron" Again a sign that his present wound or vulnerability is somehow connected to you via a past life (your draco Karma)
"Cupido conj ASC/Lust/23's first name" So his very personal energy which is also coupled with the energy he sees in you and his lust triggers a strong attraction inside you, maybe from a past life, but definitely a very deep soul desire
Tropical v Draconic (23's aspects v JT's) Cupido conj Psyche ° one of the several manifestations of the soulmate couple (Cupido / Psyche, Amor / Psyche and Eros / Psyche); this time in a more flirtative and playful way than the other aspects would be
"Psyche conj Karma" You sense intuitively his karma
ASC opp ASC/Osiris ASC conjunct DSC is always a big attraction factor. The way you are today, how you appear triggers very deep relationship needs inside him and the potential of the divine husband; either known from a previous life or simply the relationship needs that rest on the bottom of his soul
Moon conj ASC you probably can understand intuitively what he`s about deep inside, on a spiritual level more than on the material plane
