23LOL - Zac and I have a dw - Chiron conjunct Mercury. Another dw - Psyche conjunct Sun. And Psyche conjunct Psyche. LOL another dw - his Destinn opposite my Eros and my Destinn square his Eros. His Venus is conjunct my Mars & Destinn. His Sun is conjunct my Sun & Karma. His Pluto conjuct my Isis & Persephone. His Saturn is conjunct my IC. That's ridiculous. I should love this guy. How weird is that! IP: Logged |

I know! I'm sorry. I don't even like Zac. That Psyche conjunct Psyche is crazy with him!!! I've got that with RDJ and everyone knows how I feel there. btw - Aqua Ascendant with Pisces Moon would work for him too - if it works astrologically. IP: Logged |

Yeah I pick up something Aqu in him but I can't figure out if it is Asc or Moon. I think it's more the moon though. He does look a bit Aqu but maybe a bit too rounded. Definitely an air rising I think. He does remind me of a Pisces Mooner that I know though. IP: Logged |

23I'm thinking Libra Ascendant for Christian. Look at the proportions of his face. And the hair parting in the middle. Classic Libra. But at a late degree - so that Scorpy occupies the first house. What do you think? Really interested in your opinion. IP: Logged |

Okay - Aqua Moon and Gemini Ascendant. He has those Gemini lips. Either way the mouth is Mercurial - Virgo/Gemini.IP: Logged |

23Apparently Zac suffers from depression so you can factor that into the chart break up - somehow. IP: Logged |

Depression, you mean look at his chart? ZB has Sun square Saturn. It explains why I like him. I have the opposition. I seem to be attracted to people with hard aspects between Sun and Saturn. They seem more humble or something.

That's interesting. That must be something that you feel connected to within him. I don't know if my view of him is coloured by news reports because I've never had a connection/attraction to him in any way. But they make out he's a bit of a jerk. But that's tabloids - and how trustworthy is that information? I have natal Moon square Saturn. IP: Logged |

I think the aspects between things like Sun, Moon, Venus and Mars in a natal chart makes for very important identification issues with another. As I said, I identify with hard aspects between Sun and Saturn. I have also Aqu Sun square Uranus. I attract men with (hard) aspects between their Moon/Venus and Uranus. Examples: Mr 23 - Moon conj Ura in Sco; another dude- Venus in Cancer square Ura in Libra. Possibly JT - Moon square Ura (trine Saturn). I find JT attractive because he has similar aspects to his Mars like mine (both our chart rulers): Me: Mars trine Moon/Pluto; opp Neptune, sextile Jupiter/ASC, sesquiquadrate Sun. JT: Mars trine Pluto (out of sign), opp Neptune (out of sign), trine Jupiter. Also he has Venus/Sun sextile Mars. As for ZB, I haven't really followed the goss on him, just heard that he is a womaniser. IP: Logged |

I can see it. And everyone else is in agreement so it must be. I've never been good at Ascendants and I kind of think that you're our resident master (or mistress). IP: Logged |

23,"so he is Adonis, he plays that role to my Moon. So my Moon would get "enthralled"?" Yes I think so. According to the myth Adonis was a beautiful youth, which inspired the ladies to fall at his feet. Godly ladies. I mean come on, the goddess of love and beauty and the Queen of the WHOLE underworld both are completely enthralled with a mortal? They are not just anyone, you know? Love and death the strongest forces there are in this world, and both love him! So yes, I think that Adonis is a bit like the "object of affection". But interestingly he seems to have fallen for Venus just the same, so maybe an aspect between Adonis and Venus or Adonis and Aphrodite would be very desireable. Mmh, but that doesn`t fit with Jude`s chart. I mean MY Adonis conjuncts his Moon. It should be the other way round. I remember that Orlando Bloom`s Adonis is exactly conjunct my Venus, and yes, I am quite a bit enthralled with this beautiful youth. "bly read my post a few days back re it. So is it right to say that Nessus is like the ugly duckling, or Frankenstein in us? The bits that we find unattractive in ourselves and seek validation from others?" No, I don`t see him that way. It`s not just the "ugly duckling". According to the myth Nessus tried to rape Deianira and when Heracles killed him he, dying, told her that his blood would ensure that Heracles would stay true to her, if it touched his skin (Hercules` skin), and Deianira foolishly believed him. She later on started doubting Heracles` faithfulness - rightfully so- and gave him a cloth with Nessus`blood on it. But instead of bringing Herkules` back to her, the poisoned blood slowly and painfully burned him.
There are several interesting elements to the Nessus-myth. Some of them are (imo): 1. Desire and lust Nessus can`t control his lust and desire for Deianira and just HAS to act upon it, even using force. - I think that is the reason that it is linked to possible abuse and misuse of power. Nessus is a sign of an uncontrollable desire and passion inside us, that knows no bounds, and is even capable of hurting the "object of passion", which is the ugly ugly side of Nessus. But even with this condemnworthy deed, the core of this crime, lies in the desire-nature and heart of Nessus. I am not justifying what he has done, mythologically, but it is not a crime out of cold controlled hunger for power and the will to coldly destroy the other one. It is fueled by the urge to "posess" the other one regardless of circumstances and consequences, for himself or the other one. Hence, Nessus-aspects often relate to issues of jealousy, posessiveness and obsession. 2. Thirst for revenge. Nessus does not forget nor forgive. He will get to Deianirea, which way ever. If he can`t do it as a lover, he will get to her through the revenge he is exacting on Herkules.
It reminds me of a rejected lover who will kill the new partner of his "object of passion" (there`s not much affection and love, it`s lust that is driving Nessus). 3. Manipulations He manipulates Deianira. Even after he tried to rape her, she still trusts his advice. Which is what I donīt get. But then again Herkules didn`t exactly ASK her to be his bride, it is describe that he just "took" her. Well, she must have been somewhat agreeing, as she is portrayed as his loving faithful wife later on. But in a way, Nessus is just the logical consequence of Herkules. Herkules symbolizing the "raw humanity" with its egoism (which is typically human, unfortunately) can turn into the dark realms of Nessus (violence, rape and so on), if it is left unchecked. So, I`d say Nessus shows us where a law-less desire can abound, that will simply overwhelm us and make us oblivious to the wishes and wants of the other person, which in the worst case can lead to abusive situatiosn. But of course it doesn`t have to.
" - do you use Pholus? I find it interesting re turning points in life." It definitely is. Its discovery marked the most important turning point in my life, and the Pholus-connections to the guy, who triggered these experiences in me, are astounding. (including a dw of Pholus-Karma).

DD - thanks very much for into I have to read it more carefully tomorrow. Yeah I noticed the reverse conj between you and Jude (Moon-Adonis) and that threw me off, that is why I asked those questions. Yeah I've seen pholus work for me. By the way, his pholus is conj my Eros/Nigel. My Pholus doesn't really make links to his chart. IP: Logged |
