He seemed to love the Countess in For Your Eyes Only too - and lost her as well. One thing's for sure - don't become a Bond lady - your odds don't look good. Either for your career afterwards or your lifespan as a character.Michelle Yeoh was brilliant. Hated Halle Berry. But I'm not a fan of hers anyway. IP: Logged |

Lol! Well I have the hair for it so why not; So long as I am not required to put on Lipstick or nail polish . I am actually loading Roxy up on the add list on youtube as we speak . Meta: Well we could nuzzle Lol! But I think a peck always gets the message across non ? PeaceAngel: Well quite a pleasure to meet you . Oh you'll tire of me quickly as I spread my Quantum of insanity around the forum over a due period of time Lol! quote: Ah, now that's what I was wondering. Maybe I should watch it. I thought that Timonthy Dalton tried to do that - but coming off the heels of Roger Moore, would have had much resistence from the studio heads. And Pierce Brosnan was so popular - but he brought fans along with him - they followed him into Bond. Oddly, he's my least favourite Bond. But he doesn't appeal to me a an actor either.
Pierce brought a more... Stylish Bond IMO compared to the rest. Given the time and the transition Bond movies were making when it came to Bond girls, and how they were finally brought out to more then mantle pieces for the movies, Pierce IMO ended up sharing the spotlight in his moves; Particularly with "Tomorrow Never Dies." quote: They touched upon that in - from memory - For Your Eyes Only - at the beginning when he's at the gravesite of Theresa Bond. But Roger Moore never gave the depth to the character. I may have my movies crossed though. Memory usually better but aided with fever, not at its best.
Oh, it seems like everyone I know is comming down with the flu today (or yesterday Lol! Its technically Friday here.) Unfortunately no one besides Craig brought in dept to Bond's character. Each of the other Bond actors keyed in on different segment of Bond's personality but its Craig who managed to bring all of them togather in a single persona. IP: Logged |

I admit something. When I saw DC's bond I enjoyed the bits that I saw. Unfortunately I saw it on a 14 hour flight and I was very, very tired at the time. What I did see of it did come across as very dreamy and Piscean. IP: Logged |

Yes, Pierce definitely brought a more stylish Bond - one that appealed the ladies more. Women want to see someone they can **** , basically - and he' very ****able - well, not for me - but he has very broad appeal. He elevated the quality of the leading ladies, definitely. IP: Logged |
