You know the score on Lotus' irritation at LL.
You are NOT being negative as some have insinuated.
Perhaps they do not realize that Lotus is an old member who was previously banned and who many many of us have sincerely tried to help both publicly and privately only to have our kindness eventually rejected out of some vague paranoia that we are all really not who we say we are. Lotus  Yes there are/were a few posing under multiple names. Lotus perhaps I am too naive but I feel that there is NOT the degree of duplicity nor nepotism you think there is at LL. If you read this...
I wish you well. Edit to add:
I decided to read the entire Godzala thread and found myself who had not previously posted there...being made fun of and insulted. I did not expect that. It was unkind to say the least.
I can also see what offended you...but if Randall is OK with the graphicness of the conversations and a few X to XXX rated photos...
well it is Randall's call to allow such or not...not yours.

I'm one of those that hasn't been here that long. Thank you for the insight. Having been personally attacked over the last couple of days in a few threads, with no prior correspondence with this person, it's been a bit confusing.

Well you start off then, say what you mean. Because that had so many qualifiers in it I have no clue what you are trying to say. We shouldn't be taking the p!ss? Maybe you are right, but toleration does have its limits. Rambling from thread to thread insulting people is not acceptable, even if there is a mental health problem as a cause. That might be the case here, I wouldn't like to say. On here or in real life, if I am minding my own business and someone jumps up and tells me I am an idoit (sic), I'm not going to apologise and start pandering to their dictat. Laughter is a good way of dealing with the carnage wrought by a paranoid person on the rampage. Trying to soothe them is very difficult, and generally a waste of time because anything you say can be twisted and intepreted as being part of the conspiracy. Or certainly, that has been my personal experience. Off-line.

I hope you find some like-minded individuals (apparently you're not finding them here) and the peace you seek.It is not an attack -- it is a suggestion -- for me to recommend that a bit less of the strident "SEE!" and "HEAR!" and "YOU ARE BLIND!" from you might make everyone's path a bit easier..... Not just hard, impossible, I'd say. Here or anywhere. Misunderstandings happen everyday. It's so easy. An ill-advised joke, a misunderstood joke, taking unnecessary offence at an innocent comment. Sometimes too much get said, some things get left unsaid. That's just communication level. Wanting different things is a basic cause of friction between people every day. Nothing can be said or done to make things better for Lotus. I don't think. Switching the computer off earlier might have helped her if anything would, she couldn't do that and now somewhere out there she is going to have to calm down without our help.
