Maybe commenting on the lexigramming argument was unwise, however, it was hard to avoid as the spillage is here and even on Know Two Are Alike.

I don't say anything on here I wouldn't say to someone's face. But, unfortunately, being the written word, that makes it hard to detect when my humour has gone too far.

Not that I always get it right offline either.

Thread slashing is a policy for Randall.

There's nothing I'd like to see deleted. If people want to come onto my Know Two Are Alike thread and tell me I am an "idoit" (and apparently they do) it's causes me minor irritation, but that's about it.

No doubt in the old Godzala thread. It didn't even occur to me that it had been deleted. I thought it crashed. There's more offensive stuff in the older threads than in that one. So my guess is it crashed.

But I wouldn't wish that other peoples' threads be deleted no matter how inane I may find them. Even if I (ocassionally) read a thread I don't like, I just don't reply to it. And if I don't like someone, it's simple, I just don't correspond with them.

If it was deleted it wouldn't show up. I've deleted one thread, at Wheels request, as she posted it by mistake. That's it.

I saw how this all started and I can see how it is ending. It started with a not very polite intervention about lexigramming and it will be pursued and slugged out until the bitter end until people are banned, censored and sent flying from the board in tears.

The rules apply to everyone. I accept that I haven't adhered to them as rigorously as might be wise.

I accept my faults and I apologise once again for hurting your feelings, Lexx.

With that all discussion between us ends on this or any other matter.

I didn't read your reply and I'm not going to. We don't come over to your forum and threads and invade you. What was said tonight was to find out exactly your motivations and your actions and you have revealed them as anticipated.

I know that bm said in the other thread for no future correspondence between the two of you and I feel the same way about you.

I admit I haven`T been an avid reader of the last crashed Godzala thread, but so far I have found PA as being pretty tolerant and open towards others and their opinions, even though she of course has her own opinion, too.

But this can`t be a matter of opposing opinions, can it?`
