Since we did mom....
Dads are represented by saturn. How does your dad compare to your saturn position.Mine is easy. My saturn is in pisces and dad is a pisces. It's in my 7th and my marriage does reflect that. IP: Logged |

I think Uranus ended up representing my Dad. Saturn was Capricorn moon mother. Though my Saturn return and the full moon eclipse conjunct it, brought issues surrounding my father to the forefront.IP: Logged |

How does my father compare to my Saturn position? He has 4 planets conjunct it, for starters. Saturn is also in my 7th house. Does my marriage reflex Saturn in the 7th? Yes. When I was a little girl I used to love seeing my dad go off to work in his business suit. He has Sun CNJ Saturn (amongst his Sun conjunctions). My husband has Sun CNJ Saturn. He is older than me. He is another hard-working career-minded man, bit of a workoholic. Like my dad, he is an immigrant to England, and also like my dad, he made his own way in the world without asking his own father for help. That's about where the similarities end, though. Maybe. We have a three way conjunction in Aqua: me ~ Mars

Hmm.....Tuffy for me... I never had a Father figure that remained. The important men in my life..My Grandfather and My Uncle. Saturn in Gemini. Grandpas moon in Gemini. Uncles rising sign, Libra. My Bio Father I didnt know. My step father (and true father figure) was an Aries Sun / Cancer rising (not sure about the rising). My Saturn is in my 2 nd house. I have Harmonious aspects to Saturn..it trines Uranus-in-7th. It Sextiles Chiron-on-Ascdnt. It sextiles my asdnt. The ony tuffy is Venus-in-3rd CONJUNCT Saturn-in-2nd. My Aries father actually "disappeared" n Iv always secretly hoped I would see him again. But kind of afraid too at the same time. Dont know what those aspects indicate. IP: Logged |

Actually there are at least a dozen theories of what in astrology represents your father. Here are just a few:- Sun
- Saturn
- 4th house and its ruler
- 10th house and its ruler
- 5th house and its ruler (because Sun and Moon are the archetypical parental figures, and 5th house is connected to Sun) In my case the 5th house and its ruler seems to portray my Dad the best. My 5th house is in Taurus opposing my Uranus exactly; ruler of 5th house is in Capricorn square Pluto My Dad has a Taurus-Moon (conjunct my 5th house cusp) in his 8th house; he has a Stellium of sun, Venus, Jupiter in Aquarius; Venus opposite Pluto and the ruler of his ASC is in Capricorn and Saturn sits exactly on his ASC.
