Back soon. Time to get munchkins settled in for the night. Then I can sit down, reply to emails, play here, work out which asteroids give me better synastry with Gerry than spunky has with him.................. IP: Logged |

Oh my goodness!!!I have just been perusing my synastry with my son & I decided to throw in our name asteroids (mine, my boys & his father) my name is conjunct my mercury, son's name conjunct his mercury also.....& here is the humdinger.....The fathers name first & surname mind you fall in my 8th house ( his first name conjuncts my venus & his 2nd conjuncts my mercury) I don't like it at all...It implies to me that he meant something to me & we can't have that!!!! Well all I know is my eyebrows still haven't come down from the ceiling!!!!I now subscribe to the theory that "soulmates" are not all that cute & fluffy, & certainly NOT something to go actively searching. IP: Logged |

To me soulmates are those people who will trigger growth in you and "get" you moving on on your life path. But HOW they do it, that is very different. Could be through all encompassing love or it could be through throwing you into the hellfire. I think we meet soulmates of both categories in our lives. And both are important for our way. But maybe one of the most important lessons we have to learn is to know when it`s time to go on without them, or even to understand if we should keep them in our lives or if we have to let them go. Especially if the bond has been very strong and intimate, and if you associate intense, passionate or happy feelings with it, it might be difficult to realize the time has come to leave them in the past. And sometimes it is also difficult to understand that some people might be "meant" to be a part of your life still. Rant over. IP: Logged |

DDYeah, brilliantly stated. I think a lot of people hold the misconception that you meet a twinsoul and that it's the happily ever after ending. I think that electric feeling inside that people mistake that for that type of connection - when it's not. My experience with those feelings is that if you get that - you'll be magnetically drawn together - but it's ultimately to learn something or for closure and then you move on. Those relationships have a tendency to be drawn out longer than they need to be because the people find it hard to let go. IP: Logged |

spunkyThose asteroids are amazing. Mine are like that too - especially the ones that I would rather not acknowledge as being so significant - names of people. I get you there. It's amazing the way it works. Truly, just amazing. IP: Logged |

DDI get what your saying, I understand the principle of it but the comment was made with those in mind who think "soulmates" can't be "cellmates" Pa, I always know you understand, this is another thing we have in common However, my eyebrows will come down when they have finished sulking & not one minute before!!!
