Shades of Grey by Peace AngelAh, if everything were so black and white. You have to allow for the variables of individual circumstances. There's a big difference between life experience and theories. We all have ideals. They are the black and white. All that grey stuff in between. That's called life. As a hint I'm not sure it into the right ears. But I liked it. MWAH!

Earlier in this thread bm posted DD's Draconic thread. Ty both! Through that I have been working on two charts, because of the reference to using the Sun / Moon MP as an ascending degree. Really cool. The near mid-point is 11.52 Aries. The Far 11.52 Libra (interestingly my Prog ASC is currently 13 Libra) As a spiral I can see this as going in my [as per usual] scattered disc directions. which means Doing Draco charts of both, and the Multi Comps for center of gravity. then checking Sabiens. Also: to DD if you read this. Have you worked with Draco Solar returns? Now that AstroD has the Draconic chart options you can use them with everything, so I do Only been working on the new charts with the MP as the ASC this A.M. but will say that straight off the Aries [near MP] gives me Karma Conj Moon 12H, Square my FN [Margarett 1410] asteroid. square Saturn. Saturn and NN move to the 8H. Thanks again I have a whole new toy chest to open! this is the Sabien [always spell that sucker wrong] for the Aries Sun / Moon MP PHASE 12 (ARIES 12°): A TRIANGULARLY SHAPED FLIGHT OF WILD GEESE. KEYNOTE: An idealistic reliance upon a mental image of universal order. The wild goose is the mystical bird, hamsa, of Hindu tradition. This word, which has recurred in various cultures (the Hansa League of Germanic cities in the late Middle Ages, and El Hanza, the founder of the occult Brotherhood of the Druzes in Lebanon, during the era of the Crusades), has always had at least an undertone of integration at an expansionistic level, spiritual or economic. The Hindu hamsa was the symbol of man's transcendent soul. What previous interpretations of this Sabien symbol have failed to grasp is that the flight of geese presents not only a remarkably geometrical V-shape moving through the sky, but also that this flight is seasonal and therefore attuned to planetary rhythms. Thus, it symbolizes cosmic order, in contrast with the social-political order within a nation which is represented by its ruler. It is order made visual on the background of the clear sky. It is a "celestial" type of order, even though it is earth-born birds which reveal it by their ability to keep their flight structured. The symbol therefore refers to the Soul-consciousness as visualized by the heaven-oriented mind. Yet this soul-consciousness can be called transcendent because it has not yet become "incarnated." Because this is a second stage in the third five-fold sequence begun with Phase 11, we have to consider what it pictures in contrast to the preceding symbol. A basic dualism of consciousness is thus suggested. We see arising a potential conflict between cosmic and social principles of order. The principle of COSMIC ORDER polarizes the all-too-human reliance on the social concept of law and order. Will go for the far degree in short order as it corresponds to my Prog ASC. can't forget some gratuitous man spam

I agree with X,The Dracula 2000 film- though Gerard was very sexy- was shite. Bad, bad film. Dumb. Dumb with a capital "DUMB". Francis Ford Coppola's version with Gary Oldman however... IP: Logged |

BM,I looked at your Draco chart briefly and it took me about one second to realize that you and i would have INSANE Draco-Natal synastry aspects. You hit me in sensitive places. That sounds dirty... but yeah. Are we KARMIC SOUL-MATE TWINFLAMES!?!?!!?!! Sorry, i read your list of over-used words and thought i'd throw that in there... IP: Logged |

If I get anything interesting on Sun/Moon midpoints I will put it up. The eclipse fell on mine ~ I feel a bit like I am half hovering in outer space. Maybe that is an excuse for being dippy, I don't know. IP: Logged |

Mr X,CONGRATULATIONS. Those are wonderful news! Oh and yes, Gattaca is an amazing film, and of course Jude kept me intriguide the whole film through. But it was not only him, the whole film was great. Funny though, the first semi-private talk I had with colleagues at my then new job was about Gattaca. lol Node,
I have never really looked at the solar return in the Draco zodiac. Have to do that. But there is so much to do and learn and see and collect and so little time... Meta, your Draco also has some very interesting aspects to my chart. Your Draco Pluto, Juno and ASC all fall on my tropical Venus on 6° Capricorn and oppose my Draco Juno on 6° Cancer! Your Draco Sun conjuncts my tropical Pluto and Draco Karma. Your Draco MC also conjuncts my tropical Pluto.
Your Draco Moon exactly opposes my tropical Pluto on 9° Libra and conjuncts my tropical IC on 5° Aries. Your Draco Antivertex conjuncts my Moon (and BM`s Node) on 17° Aquarius. Your Draco Venus opposes my tropical Juno on 17° Pisces. Your Draco Psyche exactly opposes my Draco Pluto. Hmm, is it only me, or is there some Plutonic vibe in our Draco-synastry? Your Draco Mars opposes my tropical Venus and conjuncts my Draco Juno.
Your Draco Eros conjuncts my Draco Chiron. Your Draco Lilith conjuncts my Draco Mars and Draco ASC.
