I have yet to find a surgeon who will tackle anything bigger than an "E", and with conditions which further complicate things.
I guess the complication and mortality rates rise sharply for reduction surgery for Gigantomastia.
Not talking big boobs here but ponderous pain inducing monstrosities.

Girl I knew told me her sister had breast reduction and had 7lbs taken off. I can't remember if that was both together or each one, anyway, this girl herself was quite large of bosom. Still very young, but with back problems.
