Ace, that's really sweet. I don't know anything about flowers so can't help there, but I imagine that the florists would have lots of experience with this. Maybe you can find someone nice to help you pick out the ones that you would like to send to the couple. You're a sweetie. That's lovely. IP: Logged |

Ace, that is very sweet!!! Do you know what kind of flowers she has at her wedding? Maybe something in the same theme would be good. Or..even something associated with the month of the wedding? I would say stick to white or pink, unless you find clues that steer you otherwise IP: Logged |

hi MVMshe will certainly not have many roses around except for the ones that come in bouquets. and i bet they will only be red ones. so i was thinking of sending these 24 different color roses bouquet to her. but i don't know how big they will make it. if they make it too small then it would look cheap. unfortunately i dont know how to indetify flowers but a few of them... roses, mogra (a variety of jasmine) and lotus. I would go with trying to find out what colors they're emphasizing for the ceremony and get something that complements that.IP: Logged |

Indian weddings are multicolored! infact not much thought is given to color. its just that if lady pics up a red sari, the other would choose green and yet another yellow. eventually the wedding edns up being highly colored. even the lightings are of mixed color.IP: Logged |

Send every color then It'll all even out anyway, right? But I hear white is not used in Indian weddings, is that true? It's considered morbid to use I read somewhere, or do I sound like a complete moron LOL?IP: Logged |

we do use some white. the garlands that bride and the groom make each wear during the rituals has white flowers. though its not necessary. i have seen people use more expensive ones with only roses in them.Neerav IP: Logged |

As soon as I read your post an imagine of red and white roses wich are arranged in a tringle type of design.. with only one red and one white at the top in a green blended base came into mind I dont know if it means anything but there you go!!IP: Logged |

I would still send the flowers. Nice choice! I like the ones in the link on your post. They're colorful and 24 roses would make a very nice arrangement. They can enjoy your gift after everything has calmed down from their wedding and can probably appreciate your thoughtfulness even more. IP: Logged |
