I find that irritating! Or using "ur" or "u" in lieu of your and you.  Another is the use of the word "lite" in lieu of the word "light". Lite does not have the same meaning as Light definition #1.

Yet I see, especially in Lexigramming, people using the slang word "lite" incorrectly.
