Well, I think you are quite handsome there! It makes you look younger and kinda innocent too.

PA quote: Ooh, that's sexy. I love short hair on women. It opens up their face. You can see their eyes and features.
I end up looking like Zippy the Pinhead. And when thin, really thin, a boy (until one gets close and sees age lines)....then it's weird old little guy (as long as I am wearing a baggy shirt and have Ace bandaged flattened my boobs). As to high maintenance hair.... I just wash (nice cheap White Rain) and let dry and use a de-tangler like "Shine" before washing. Like I said to you on the Jude Law T.V. thread...I look like a penguin/cousin it. Well at least I am now 50 pounds lighter than in that picture! IP: Logged |

Yes, it is my real hair. Thank you both for the compliments! I'd feel naked with short hair. In my bulimic/anorexic time in 1968, (84 to 94 pounds)I cut it off to look like an auburn haired "Twiggy". I regretted doing so immediately. I did look like her or like I could be her sister though! quote:
Twiggy "She had the body of a starvation victim and the face of an angel" is a very accurate statement for 1960’s model Twiggy. The petite model began her career at 14, weighing a meagre 91 pounds with no breasts and bony shoulders. She appeared alongside the sexual revolution and became an instant icon –a symbol for a new kind of woman with a streamlined, androgynous sex appeal. Twiggy was the embodiment of a different way of looking and dressing, and the different way of living that went with it.
I weighed what she weighed but my shoulders were much much broader so I looked even more emaciated. A picture of Twiggy. ------------------ Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain. IP: Logged |

Astrologer friends, is it just one thing or all the stressful aspects here that is causing the discomfort? It's just a general feeling compounded because I'm tired today. IP: Logged |

So am I, it's odd. I'm thinking maybe transiting aspects to your sun or Mars, making you feel depleted? IP: Logged |

Boy! you sure do have some trials for relationships in your natal, AG. You are a credit to yourself in how you treat others whilst living with these inherent challenges. So many temptations and frustrations but its like you get slapped to a heel. Dawg! An ongoing hassle would be like you are starved of commitment(something to get your teeth into!)but then you're confused and perhaps fearful of it as well and are not sure of the roles people play in just about all relationships perhaps. Tr.Uranus has being playing havoc with your 1st to 7th oppositions for quite sometime but that's over now, but to make it even more of a trial you have had to wade through tr. saturn squares as well to 1st and 7th. Does the prase "I'm over it!" relate? You have literally been through the wringer - Uranus and Saturn as the pressing rollers! Well, you do have a few more dramas but these are going to have an alchemical effect on your essential self because they involve the luminaries, sun/moon. Tr.Pluto to Sun in the 8th and tr. Saturn to Moon 4/5th. Basically, you will deal with quite a bit of stress and depression over your living situation as you are compelled to make considerable changes to reflect the new you. Quite possibly an inheritance or windfall may come your way to boost this new chapter in the next 18mths to 2yrs. On the final conj for tr.pluto to sun, tr. saturn will also have made its final square to your north node. You will probably feel quite alone at this time due to changes in the living situations and changes in what you will and won't put up with anymore, however, this is all for the good, as you will find the next few years a time of deep introspection as Neptune will be squaring your prominent Mars. You will probably really get to work on refining where and how you apply your sexual energies and what really fuels your true passions. Soooo, all for the good again because by the time you get to 2014 you will then have tr.Nep square Nep at the same time as tr. Uranus begins to square NN/Jupiter and then onto the tr. uranus opp uranus. A significant culmination and it will feel like you can breathe again in relationships whether it be groups, casual, or intimate. You will be considered to be a very cool, wise, and healing individual to be around(not that you aren't now) and you will have gotten rid of most of the refuse that has got you down through your earlier years. There will be a lot more socialising and more fun in general, and money/love will also pick up as you come into the promise of your natal saturn oppositions. So yeah, have a look at it yourself and see if what I have said makes any kinda sense. The main thing is - you have been through a sh*tload of burden and you have some further trials in identity/home life to go through. Looking at the bigger picture it was almost as if you said before you were born "c'mon throw it at me -give me all you got coz I want to work really hard on my self and get rid of all the crap that I never want to see again, so that I can get on with more of the great stuff about me!" IP: Logged |

I have a feeling AG might move once that Saturn moves from his 4th to his 5th. Maybe a big move. IP: Logged |

There's a book of birthdays, I'm not sure who it's by, but the title for my birthday is something like: The Indomitable One. Apparently I'm not supposed to break through my trials (I hope). Yeah, a lot of the stuff you said rings true. I do need to move. In fact, I'd have put my 30 day moving out notice in this month if I weren't giving my roommate a breather from finding new roommates as we are on our third new roommate in as many months. I'm a little concerned about the prospect of moving into another bad situation. Do you think that's likely? I don't know if the stars seem to be saying that I'll go through a series of moves or just one. I have been contemplating between staying in the area I'm currently in, and making a major Sagittarian move across country to the East Coast. The economy seems to factor into this as well since I currently work for a bank that is actually thriving. If I make a major move I may not find work right away. It kinda sucks that Pluto is conjuncting my Sun while squaring my Moon/Pluto. Can you imagine the post title if I posted this in astrology like everyone else: What's transitting Saturn opposite Uranus perpendicular to natal oppositions while pluto nears conjunction with sun (and square with natal Moon/Pluto conjunction) like? It's very doubtful that anyone would have had that particular transit set to deal with. Thanks for your comments! IP: Logged |

Yes, AG; I can somewhat relate to that.In 2007 (actually it started 2006 and went on from there) I`ve had: Transit Saturn squaring natal Mars, ASC, NN, Neptune Transit Uranus squaring NN and Neptune (in 2006), but also conjunct Jupiter Transit Neptune conjunct Moon and quinkunx Saturn Transit Pluto conjunct Sun and MErcury (he is giving me a breather right now, before he will conjunct my Venus on 6° Capricorn; well, actually it doesn`t really feel like a break; maybe because he is currently transiting over my Vesta and Sun-Venus-mp) Transiting NN squaring Mars, ASC, Neptune, NN and then this year conjunct my Moon and quinkunx my Saturn Transit Chiron has just recently been conjunct my Moon and quinkunx my Saturn, while Saturn is currently quinkunx my Chiron. I sometimes feel like I`m under constant fire. lol

Yeah, to me it doesn't seem that I'm doing anything particularly different. I just feel heavy like there's a constant bit of stress that is keeping me from just being and enjoying myself like usual.IP: Logged |

That old devil Saturn...I just wrote about it recently in astro 2. It went through my 5th house and exited only 2 months ago. Dare I say it was the worst 2 to 2.5 years of about 2 decades!!! Well, actually it felt like it but as I reflect on these last few years, I can see they left me with: **greater depth of character **greater wisdom **an insight into the multi-faceted face of Love **better staying power **a more concrete outlook on where my life is currently at Have a great day people!!! Hope your course is fun PA IP: Logged |

Yeah, the perm phase was annoying...just for the smell it inundated the house with. My grandmother, mom, and sister used to occasionally do the perms.IP: Logged |

I'm going through somewhat similar stuff, AG, with some hardcore transits. I'm wondering though, if you already have Pluto square sun, would you feel a transit of Pluto conjunct sun as much? I'm wondering about that....if we get used to certain energies in our chart so that the transits are less felt or something. IP: Logged |

LexxI think we're opposite there. I couldn't stand to have long hair. It would just get in the way of everything. Your hair is very beautiful but to have to maintain it would be a pain for me. I'm really low maintenance. Shower, dress, take 5 seconds to put stuff in hair, out the door. If I'm going somewhere or think that Colin Farrell is in town I may put on some mascara and lip gloss (and remove an item or two of clothing - and the wedding band ). meta
Yeah, I like Twiggy there too. I'd be okay with looking like that. IP: Logged |

koiTech was great this week. Had a really great time. Except for yesterday morning on the way there when some guy had road rage. Normally I go out of my to aggravate them more - flick them the bird or laugh at them or something or say something to send them off on a tyrade - but not this time. This guy was genuinely scary. I think that I couldn't work out what he thought I had done wrong was the thing. Maybe he was just having a bad day. IP: Logged |
