I learned today that an 80+ Scorpio who has been in my life for 20 years has passed away. She was truly remarkable! I was shocked upon learning the news-- last night she was out watching races on TV, and today she is... gone. She died peacefully in her sleep.A year and a half ago, she died, but they brought her back. I can't help feeling like she had the last laugh! We'll miss her terribly, but I'm overwhelmed by the joy and happiness she has brought to my life. Just Wednesday, she phoned my husband with a special message that he needed just when he was feeling really down. She will be missed. However, instead of sadness, I feel joy for her presence! Please take this time to celebrate the loved ones in your own lives and the joy of being alive! IP: Logged |

Thank you so much! Her passing is/will continue to be exceptionally difficult for her biological family. I'm hoping that positive energy and light finds them in this dark time they're going through. I haven't seen any of them yet, but I will tomorrow. I'm a little nervous, as I don't have much experience with death and funerals. This is the closest person to me who has ever died. Thanks again for your kind words and thoughts. LEXX... that picture is beautiful. Sums up my feelings perfectly! IP: Logged |
