blue ~I find the English (UK version) language hilarious quote: MUSTANG, n. An indocile horse of the western plains. In English society, the American wife of an English nobleman. ~ Ambrose Bierce (1842 - 1914), The Devil's Dictionary

You haven't heard me speak yet. AG asked me an intelligent question, it's late here and I've just enjoyed a tipple or two of rather delicious whiskey. I'll get back to you when I feel sharper. 1724, that would be around the time of Jonathon Wild, dodgy character. Would make a good Guy Ritchie movie. Gay activities? Plenty, but you wouldn't want to be held up in court on a charge of the same, the penalties weren't very nice. Then, stealing a hankerchief didn't illicit a very nice penalty, either. IP: Logged |

Yeah, 1724 is when Pluto went into Libra, so we'd see the products of those with it natally a bit later in the century, or at least that's the aspect that I'm interested in. Does that make sense? I'm less interested in what happened while Pluto was in Libra back then, and more interested in what the generation born with Pluto in Libra went through or were interested in. I wonder if the 18th century was known for its art. IP: Logged |

Ah Koi,don`t be sad. We may not pass IQ`s rule, but we definitely have a connection through the nodes. Remember. Your NN conjuncts my SN! and my ASC-Neptune-NN-Atlantis is on your SN. Also, your ASC is exactly conjunct my Part of Reincarnation and my Draco Sun. So it`snot all lost yet. Besides, I think maybe SOUL-mates need to have an IC-connection, too. Where is your IC? PHEW!!!Well then, we're definitely connected from the past!!! In fact, with those SN & NN connections I think we are destined to be tied throughout all of eternity My IC is 14*23 (I share this exact degree with a S/O's Valentine!!!) Your IC must be Virgo 11* (approx) which could be conjunct my: Venus 15* 28 Pluto 14* 59 Uranus 13* 18 I'm happy now IP: Logged |

Koi,your IC is conjunct my Saturn with 2.5°, Can you say VERY karmic? However, my IC is 5° Aries actually , not yet conjunct your ASC, but at least in the same sign. IP: Logged |

Ag, it makes sense. In Pluto Libra time, George II was on the throne in this part of the world, as far as monarchs go he isn't the most colourful we have to offer. The movers and shakers of the more exciting part of the century, the Charles James Fox and Abraham Derby types, were born 20 years or so later. I checked it out and so now I know that King George III has Pluto at 1* of Scorpio. His reign was long and oversaw some dramatic changes in English society. That's the time where we see men like Darby involved in the Industrial Revoloution, and Fox with radical politics. But all is not lost. There are some almost exciting Pluto in Libra people, what about George Washington (1732)or Catherine the Great (1729)? Captain James Coo (1728)? Artistic people include Thomas Gainsborough (1727), Oliver Goldsmith (1728) and Josiah Wedgewood (1730). Interesting given what has just happened to the Wedgewood company as Pluto enters Capricorn..... IP: Logged |

Ooops, I didn't put 'Cancer' for where my IC was!!! Way too tired, but NOT too tired to come here for 5 minutes bluemoon - you made a good point to CSG in 'letting it all out'. If I have time tonight, I'll make a comment. IP: Logged |

Koi,I didn`t even notice that you hadn`t written your IC is in Cancer. But since your ASC is in Aries I assumed it. BTW according to IQ`s rules, my soulmate probably is Richard Dean Anderson. lol
I just noticed that: my ASC trine his Moon exactly his ASC trine my Pluto his DSC conjunct my NN The interesting thing about it is, that his chart actually resembles the one of my father`s, BUT the most significant aspects, w hich are made through ASC and Moon are completely different. There`s definitely something to that theory to find the most significant aspects with the fastest moving planets and points, which probably would mean that we should focus more on ASC-DSC, IC-MC and Moon (and maybe the rulers of the important houses as they of course change as quickly as the ASC). BM,Good work. You got me thinking about our revolution. Signers of the U.S. Declaration of Independence: John Adams - October 30, 1735 Josiah Bartlett - November 21, 1729 Carter Braxton - September 16, 1736 Charles Carroll - September 19, 1737 (I was wrong about the generation ending in 1736) Abraham Clark - February 15, 1725 William Ellery - December 22, 1727 William Floyd - December 17, 1734 Button Gwinnett - April 10, 1735 Benjamin Harrison V - April 5, 1726 Joseph Hewes - January 23, 1730 Francis Hopkinson - September 21, 1737 Samuel Huntington - July 16, 1731 Francis Lightfoot Lee - October 14, 1734 Richard Henry Lee - January 20, 1732 Thomas McKean - March 19, 1734 Lewis Morris - April 8, 1726 Robert Morris Jr. - January 20, 1734 John Morton - Born in 1724 or 1725 Thomas Nelson, Jr. - December 26, 1738 Robert Treat Paine - March 11, 1731 George Read - September 18, 1733 Caesar Rodney - October 7, 1728 George Ross - May 10, 1730 Richard Stockton - October 1, 1730 William Whipple, Jr. - January 14, 1730 William Williams - April 23, 1731 Oliver Wolcott - December 1, 1726 George Wythe - 1726 Charles Thomson - November 29, 1729 So 29 of the 57 signers were born with Pluto in Libra. Hancock's beautiful signature was not born of a Pluto in Libra native. He missed Pluto in Libra by less than a degree. Pluto went retro back into Libra that year. So American colonists, which we can assume to be largely of the Pluto in Libra generation renegotiated their contract with England. Seems fitting. IP: Logged |

Moan timeWhen I got up this morning I couldn't find my glasses.; I must have dropped them when I got up in the middle of the night. So I had to put my contact lenses in first thing, not generally a good idea. My kids want to do painting at 7am! I said yes. Whatever. As long as they are ready on time for school. I'm on the computer, what can I say? IP: Logged |

I've been locked out of my house since Friday. Swanned out dressed to the nines on Friday night to go out with Pisces, intending to return to Chez Moi on Saturday.(ie am ill-equipped to be out for four days). Then lost my keys to my place. My landlady lives in London and has switched off her phone. So I get on to the estate agents yesterday (who are not open on Saturdays! Joy!) who have a spare set but will not let me have all of them all at once. Company policy as it's their only set. You can kind of see why this is, but it was a complication that I did not foresee. They allow me to copy one of the keys. This is the key to my actual flat door. The other of the "keys" is a little computerised fob that you press on to a round hole in the entrance lobby door and it makes an R2D2 noise and lets you in. I cannot get upstairs to my flat without this "key" to the lobby. I need to buy a blank and then get it configured to the computer system in my apartment block. Righto. So. Q: Where can one find a replacement blank fob? A: Nowhere in the known universe. Well, I did find one yesterday (had to take a whole day off work to get it as it was two bus journeys away and cost £17. £17! And I need two of the ******** ). Q: If one were to find a replacement how can it be configured to let you in to your house? A: Well, there is only one man on the planet who can do this and this man works only on Wednesday mornings. So I have to wait until tomorrow. I'm still in the pub clothes I was in on Friday. I did the Walk of Shame into work today wearing a little jacket and skirt. Not work clobber. It was either that or a boiler suit borrowed from Pisces. I have been wearing my contact lenses permanently since Friday and look like a bit of a **** . However, am in good spirits as have had 4 days with bloke as I threw myself on his mercy and who has been just lush, despite jokes all weekend that the only thing keeping me from the workhouse was my ability to give good *******s. hahahaha Life's random and sweet today.
