Whoops! I didn't even see the ones to me. I'll have to have a listen when I get home.

As a kid I once planned out a life where I was a dentist. Kind of weird to think of now. I don't even know why. I think it was because I knew they were decently paid (and little else).

well i wouldn't presume to pick a song for anyone at this point...but for me two longtime themes are the Holy Modal Rounders' "half a mind" and the "bird song".

Watching Air right now. I love it! It really sparks the imagination and takes you places, and all those places are made more surreal by the song. Very cool!

(A friend of mine exposed me to Air years ago, but I never gave it a real chance.)

I'll have to up my game if I go searching for another song for you. The last one was just right on many levels for me. In addition to the things I already mentioned, I became exposed to the song through an English Gemini of Irish parentage (Morrissey), so of course I make these connections.

You're still something of an enigma, though. The only music I've seen you post was some near folk type music by a Scottish group if I remember right.

I started this post a good hour ago. I think I'll go ahead and post it. I've gotten lost in youtube. Currently traversing the music of Madness.

My theme music:

There Is A Light That Never Goes Out

Feeling Good

Peter Gunn

Screw

Rebel Rebel

I'm Your Man

Lean On Me

The Eagle & The Hawk

Instant Karma

Baggy Trousers

Bed & Breakfast Man

Accept Yourself

True Faith

Don't Look Back in Anger
(There's something so satisfying in singing, "You ain't ever gonna burn my heart out.")

How To Disappear Completely

Kiss

Hypnotist of Ladies

I didn't realize I posted two Madness songs. That seems like an over representation. I wanted a bit of light-hearted, but my life isn't all ska music (though they were pretty charming).

As

Troy
(Very Moon conjunct Pluto.)

Fast communication, cheeky (I know she's going to ask why, that's your answer, Mrs Mercury Aries, besides I bet you look good on the dancefloor)

Arctic Monkeys. Awesome song. And you know I've got some moves on the dance floor. I love to dance. But I love fast communication and being cheeky even more.

sunshine lion

You asked for your song. I can't help but think of "You Make Me Feel Like Dancing" by Leo Sayer. Something quirky, upbeat, feel good and loads of fun.

The other one that was in my head for you: AC/DC - Back In Black.
