23,"It felt like a train being driven through me cross my gut dropping out like it does in an elevator/plane with turbulence." Yes, I think I know what you mean. Been there, just recently. "there was also this sense of uncovering something or intuition. I can't explain it really.** Of course. You didn`t really expect to feel something like this seeing someone you don´t even really know. It must have been a big discovery to feel that you can be affected that much by an artist.
"When I had Neptune transiting over my Sun like when Uranus did, things just started to melt down and I lost myself there for a while." Well, with Neptune sometimes it`s difficult to say if you´re losing or finding yourself. But to me Neptune accompanied some rather miraculous things in my life. Like running into my musical crush. It really was like a dream, and the strange thing was, I had been dreaming of it before (event hough didn`t take it serious) and on that very day I was feeling like I was in a trance, and I think on some subconscious level I knew what was coming. Of course if I had consciously known he would be there, I probably would have stayed away. lol But it was very interesting; that location or club was in a completely unknown city to me and I didn`t even know the way (of course I had a map but seriously I can`t read maps well). However, all the time I had the feeling I had been softly guided, and I followed my intuition, even though it took me a different way than on the map, but as a matter of fact it took me straight to the location I had never been to before, but I recognized it immediately from my dreams some weeks before. I can only describe that as a highly Neptunian experience. Even seeing him, everything seemed to happen in slowmotion and like behind a veil, very strange.
"I suspect this is adulthood or coming to maturity. Would you say it has happened since your Saturn return?" My Saturn return has been some years ago, almost 7 years, and back then I did mature, as I moved out from home and had my first serious job and all what came with it. But yes, I think this recent time had to do with maturing, too, just on another, maybe more spiritual or even emotional level. "How did you find the Sun-Pluto transit?" Actually it was not bad. It was a rollercoaster ride, sure, but I made so many discoveries, I learned so much about me, about other people. It was exhausting at times, but also very exciting, transformative. On the outside didn`t even happen much, it was more a thing inside of me going on, but maybe that has to do with Pluto ruling my 12th and 11th house? And conjunct my Sun as ruler of my 9th house and my Mercury as ruler of my 7th house?
But I still fret when Pluto will be conjunct my Venus, as then it will also squaring my MC and Pluto. Eek. On the other hand other people before me had that transit and survived. It will be very interesting, as Venus rules my 5th, 6th and 10th house. Almost like Pluto conjunct my 9th house ruler shaped my view on the world and modified it, and maybe when it`s conjunct the ruler of my MC, it will become more public?
Also I think it`s time for a passionate, all consuming love affair with Pluto conjunct Venus and ruler of 5th house. Even though I`d say I should be careful what to wish for. lol But I guess the timing would just be pretty right, with progressed ASC conjunct Venus and Transit Pluto then, and that progressed Venus-Vertex-conjunction. "Mine is going to bad I know. For me, Pluto will not only be transiting over my Sun (conj) but over my Merc (conj), opp my Saturn and squaring my Uranus" Well, I remember Transit Uranus and Neptune opposing my Saturn (Pluto will do that in some years from now), and it was a horrible time for me. But that was because I was stuck in fixed ideas and dreams that had become obsessions (Saturn in 8th house), which apparently had become the foundation of my whole world (SAturn rules 2nd house). And Uranus and Neptune just eroded or broke away that foundation, and it was very painful, but necessary. In retrospect I wouldn´t want to miss that experience. It was important. But of course it doesn`t always have to be that hard. But yes Pluto transits are not to be taken lightly, but they can be very fruitful and give an enormous depth of feeling. Actually one of the happiest times in my life was when Transit Pluto squared my Moon and Transit Uranus was conjunct my Venus, that was just a magical summer. All illusions and dreams, but wonderful dreams. ". And I have all that junk on the AC-DC axis. When will I be left alone?? LOL" Seems, we won`t be left alone anytime soon. lol
I had Transit Uranus squaring my ASC, Mars, NN and Neptune some years ago. I don`t remember when it was exactly. OH LOL I just looked it up. It was actually when I noticed Jude for the first time. Uranus was exactly between my Mars and ASC and t hen moved on to squaring my Neptune and NN and conjunct my Jupiter. And Pluto had just started being conjunct my 7th house ruler. And Neptune was conjunct my Moon, which rules my 8th house Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, no wonder it hit me so hard. " My Mercury also square his Neptune. My Mercury is telling me that this is wrong LOL and I know it is wrong." No, it`s not wrong. It`s just different. A different level of existing, being, feeling, sensing. But it`s real. I know that because it affects you, it does something to you emotional, and therefore it`s a real thing - at least for you. It is important for you, for your growth, even though it`s probably not mutual.
But I have been there several times, and I have been telling myself all the time it was wrong and not real, just to discover two years ago that it IS real, and then I had to face it: I definitely wasn`t the same person anymore. It had an impact on my feeling, on my whole life. How can I ignore that? "s Neptune in my 7th." How would you interprete Neptune in 7th house? "Does his Neptune touch your Jupiter or something like that? Any Neptune aspects?" Yes.
His Neptune exactly trines my Moon and also exactly trines my Karma and exactly squares my Saturn. My Neptune trines his Moon, Lust, NN, sextiles his Mars, sextiles his Jupiter and exactly conjuncts his DSC (so it`s in his 7th house). We also have a lot of Moon aspects which could contribute to that feeling of familiarity.
His Moon conjunct my IC, opposes my Pluto, squares my Venus, trines my Mars, Neptune, ASC and NN. My Moon conjuncts his Venus, widely conjuncts his Jupiter (a bit over 5°), trines his Neptune, opposes his Pluto and conjuncts his MC. Is it any wonder?

Hey DDs. Was just reading a thread in Astro2 and you were mentioning Adonis. Adonis signifies our ideal male right? How is that reflected back synastically by a male? Is his Sun conjunct it? What am I looking for? Just playing, mind you. Just using the astrotheme multi-criteria to search. The best I've come up with is Paul Walker - using 1 degree conjunctions - and it wasn't Sun, it was Venus conjunct my Adonis. I have Adonis in Libra and Aphrodite in Scorpy. Odd mix. IP: Logged |

And, it would be superficial with Adonis, wouldn't it? I mean, just using the whole Paul Walker thing - he's very nice to look at but I've seen interviews with him and lets just say he doesn't cut it as my ideal man mentally. And that's a big factor for me. I'll take someone who can string two words together beautifully over someone who looks pretty. So Adonis has to do purely with looks? What do you think?IP: Logged |

ROFL. Having a look at synastry with Paul Walker. His Adonis conjuncts my Aphrodite and his Venus conjuncts my Adonis. As for the mental - ROFL - his Chiron conjuncts my Mercury and his Mercury is conjunct my Pluto. And here I was thinking that we'd be lacking in meaningful conversation. IP: Logged |

Yes, I think Adonis is kinda superficial, there is much allure, sexy magnetism and such, but not depth of feeling. It definitely can`t compare with a Pluto-aspect, that`s a different kind of passion.I think Aphrodite and Adonis both are pretty sexy and bewitching, and you can go gaga over it (so RDA be aware, my Venus is conjunct your Aphrodite. ), but it lacks emotional depth. It`s like you`re caught in an erotic dream. Paul Walker comes to mind? Good. I know that Jude`s Moon exactly conjuncts my Adonis, don`t know what that means though. His emotional nature reflects my perfect male, in that delicious superficial way?
It would be easier to interprete if it were his Sun, ASC or Mars. Or if a woman`s Moon, ASC or Venus was aspecting a man`s Aphrodite. IP: Logged |

Thanks DD. I thought so. Perhaps asteroid-wise Isis and Osiris offer more depth of connection and feeling.Isis in Libra. Osiris in Scorpio. Both in 7th house. ROFL. Using Paul Walker again, his Venus is conjunct my Osiris. IP: Logged |

How's the weekend thus far?I'm having dinner tonight with my roommate and a Navy friend. The new roommate is a Libra with Leo Rising (Sun conjunct Pluto at 8 and 9 degrees, they conjunct my Pluto at 4 degrees). My friend is a Sag with Scorp Rising. I don't remember the details of his chart aside from the fact that I think he has a 2nd house stellium. Libra doesn't know what to make of the Sag. She believes him to be ready to write her off as a ***** , which is partially a result of things she's told him thus far. I should note that they only recently met when I called on him to offer up his expertise on her tv dilemma. With his Scorpio rising he takes a certain delight in ensuring he can keep people in their place if they get too aggressive with him. Could be interesting. There's also the possibility of my roommate's hot friend showing up, which could add an interesting dynamic. I'm going to go collect my old DSL equipment from my old place this weekend, and see if I can get myself connected. She ordered DSL thinking that she had the equipment for us, but she doesn't. She may not even have the equipment for herself. She thinks she ordered a modem to be put in her Dell, and most internal modems are for old school dial up. IP: Logged |

Sounds like drama, AG. Not terrible drama, just interesting enough though I am glowing from the past 24 hours: hanging out with my wonderful Leo friend, and from getting wonderful reviews in my writing class and my instructor, and from having some excellent sushi too It seems my book is coming along a lot more nicely than expected. Such a RELIEF. My website is STILL being worked on....I wish my sister's husband would finish it but he's started a new job recently so delay is expected, I suppose. I've been feeling highly 'Jupiterian' in the jovial/optimistic sense lately (well, not surprisingly with the T-square and all, I usually am), but I checked on astro.com and it seems I am having some really nice Jupiter transits to my moon, and Uranus is making a neat sextile to my MC, and t Jupiter is also trine my Uranus right now. Kinda feels nice. Like a drink of cold lemonade with a few twists of mint. Very refreshing to my emotional/mental palate.

I'll play. My bet goes that she either has or develops the hots for AG.A sideline - and the other one will be shagging the roomie's hot friend. Double or nothing on a menage-a-trois. But that could just be my dirty mind ticking. Of course, we should just lay bets on the three out of four involved there. IP: Logged |

Y'know if he is an early Gem riser, it just occurred to me that his IC/MC axis is on the border of late Cancer/early Leo - late Cap/early Aqu. My Saturn is 29 deg Can, my Sun is 2 deg Aqu. Maybe it's the Saturn conj IC that is doing it to me and my Sun on his MC. quote: Well, with Neptune sometimes it`s difficult to say if you´re losing or finding yourself.

Wow! Sounds very calming. I can't say that I've been lulled to that type of situation. I've had intuition but not the lull. I just felt that I melted away and was very confused with the Nep transit. Mind you, I've got that t-square and it could've been the effects of t-Neptune opp n-Saturn. quote: But I still fret when Pluto will be conjunct my Venus, as then it will also squaring my MC and Pluto. Eek. On the other hand other people before me had that transit and survived.
I had Pluto transit over my Venus in the form of a conjunction in 2007. Venus rules my 2nd and 7th houses. Pluto rules my 8th. NOTHING happened. Mind you, my Venus is unaspected, so I didn't have the entanglement of squares/oppositions as transits from transiting planets to natal planets. I had a good year though that year, I enjoyed myself and found myself in calm contemplation. Wonder if that was the effect. Natally, I have Pluto opp MC. Don't think it really is fatal to me but again I haven't really studied this aspect closely. We all survive transits. They are painful at the time but we get through. I'm sure you are strong enough to as well. quote: Almost like Pluto conjunct my 9th house ruler shaped my view on the world and modified it, and maybe when it`s conjunct the ruler of my MC, it will become more public?

Ditto what I said above. Saturn rules my MC so I was forced to take a change in career direction which I kinda did at that stage. quote: Actually one of the happiest times in my life was when Transit Pluto squared my Moon and Transit Uranus was conjunct my Venus, that was just a magical summer. I got the Moon-Pluto square coming up in the next few years. Before that Pluto square Pluto. quote: Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, no wonder it hit me so hard.
Kaboom! The biggies. So what houses do they rule in your natal? quote: How would you interprete Neptune in 7th house?
We kind of had the discussion a few months back about the Neptune and Uranus conj in the 7th and we more or less agreed that it was personalised because this conj was in my 7th. As to what Nep in the 7th is, well, everyone of his generation would have Nep in my 7th. I would say that he would want me to idealise him in a Neptunian way and I would. I had a boss who was a few months older than him and I used to idealise him and then of course, you see the cracks. quote: We also have a lot of Moon aspects which could contribute to that feeling of familiarity. His Moon conjunct my IC
Yes the IC aspect is very familiar indeed! I've noticed that I have my Sun on someone's IC and they are a very open person but I think they might be exceptionally open to me about things probably because of the sense of comfort. Likewise, with his Moon on your IC. IP: Logged |
