I've been a member of this site for about five months, and you kNOW a little bit about me, the things that make me passionate, the things that make me recoil and the things that I try to do whenever I can. However, I haven't told you much about the choir I'm in other than that I'm a baritone.

It's actually a very good choir. It is called the Hastings and Prince Edward Children's Chorus. (I live in the Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board. The choir is funded by the schools.)

Last year, the choir sung in Ottawa's Parliament Hills to celebrate Canada Day. The year before that, we participated in the 29th International Youth and Music Festival in Vienna and received 2nd place out of 16 competing choirs from all across the world. The only choir that beat us was the Good Hope School Choir from China.

We also got to sing a full mass in the Dom Cathedral in Salzburg. It was an amazing experience that I will never forget. A few hours ago today, we sang a combined concert with the Hamilton Philharmonic Youth Orchestra. The concert was a big success and we are planning more collaborations with them in the future.

Being in the choir has been an amazing experience.

Wow Spiritua, that's great! Out of the pieces your group has had the chance to sing, which are your favorites?

Also, The Storm is Passing Over, which is a kind of a blues/rock style song. The choir performs in a wide variety of styles.

I was in a choir for a short period of time, church choir for one day. It was around the time I was studying opera. When I was singing the people were looking at me, and I got all self-conscious because I wasn't sure whether it was because I sounded good or that I sounded bad Rather than wonder, I quit. Oh, well

Wish there was a way to hear your choir Spiritua!

We were going to record one once, but our conductor had a falling out with the distributor and didn't want to try it again. I was disappointed, but kNOW that everything happens for a reason.

I have videotapes of several concerts that we performed. If we ever get around to having that convention ( , ) , I'd be glad to bring them along.

I'm not fond of crossword puzzles, but I like word searches a lot.

My grandpa used to make word search puzzles and give them out to the local kids at school or at church when I was younger. I always loved word searches...especially grandpa Fudd's

*going anywhere with my friends

*having a competition with my brother to see who knows the most words to a song, which soon becomes who can sing the loudest and then who can make the other one laugh so that they cant sing the words that they do know.

*doing my friends hair for her

*buying new shoes

*dancing at the club
*dancing in the loungeroom when no one else is home

*watching soccer games

*taking photos
*making general conversation with small children

*talking to toddlers over the phone especially when you know they are making things up and when you can only understand half of the conversation but pretend you know what they are talking about only to have them repeat what they said because you oblivously did not make any sense

*planing holidays

*going on holidays

*visiting people i havent seen for a while

*over analysing situations with my friend which led to our crumb=cookie analogie, it has the same meaning as mountain out of a mole hill.but we now yell either the word cookie or crumb out when we are making an issue out of something this cracks us both up and clears the air.

*reading a good book

*seeing aussie comedians

*eating out witha large group of friends

*getting gourmet pizza with my mum and brother

*watching karaoke

*bear hugs
