I feel that meditation is an excellent way of getting in touch with 'God'. It works for both the beginner and the advances spiritualist; one derives ever-new benefits from it as one progresses.I am requesting this lexi because I feel the 'druids' will be able to tell us a lot more about meditation. Maybe what they tell us about it will inspire us (including me) to start meditating. It could be the beginning of something good.  Thanks in advance to those who will attempt this lexi.  IP: Logged |
