I apologize that it took me all weekend to respond; running around, running around.

Your explanation of your lexi is quite telling, and gives me hope that the remainder of the lexi will prove true as well. I actually prove my best during a crisis; my senses and thoughts, often fuzzy at best, sharpen.
I'm not feeling well today so my thoughts aren't quite forming. I'll think on your words some more and then post.
But, again, I really appreciate your unexpected and wonderful lexi.

That is a cool vision, and pertinent to some recent events, to boot I will remember it, and think upon it.

I don't think that I shared this on this site, but the Habitat for Humanity trip that I recently participated in ended with all group members telling each other what they most enjoyed or admired about them (this was particularly fun, since we all got along and forged pretty strong bonds).
The very first person's comment to me was, "Corri - to me you are the perfect embodiment of the strong woman." The next person said, "Oh, you took what I was going to say about Corri. You're so strong, but there's also a softness there. If I had to think up one phrase for you, it would be "hidden beauty" in all possible ways." (He was, oddly enough, a Virgo guy, opposite my Pisces female self.)
Each and every person said a variation on that, my favorite comment being from a group member from West Africa: "Corri - you are strong. You have strength like a man."
I was totally taken aback. I don't really think of myself as strong; I don't see it in myself.
I told my mom about the experience and about their observations, and she said, "It's not that you're strong in an abrasive way; you're independent - always have been - and have always been the first to rush ahead and do something that others thought would be too hard, to go straight through an obstacle instead of shrinking back or taking the long way around. And to bounce back from it if it knocks you down."
I don't really reflect it here; my defenses are more down w/ the written medium than w/ anything else, but it seems to be what the majority of people around me in day-to-day life see.

LIONESS COILS IN SILENCE,
(her)SENSES, NO ILLUSION.
This may refer to the fact that while I've begun to see auras (and have in the past had several other kinds of paranormal experiences), the "rational" part of me still finds doubt, still thinks them to be illusion.
This reassures me that they are not.

A few have said (confirming weird-o feelings that I'd had) that in my past few lives I've been killed for speaking out or advocating (in at least one instance against a great evil of which I had been a part - but that's a different story), being "betrayed" by those closest to me. I had had the feeling that this life was to be different, as my soul was getting a bit jumpy from those experiences.
A couple others have confirmed that, too, but part of me still doesn't believe it. But I hope.
