Hi all, I'm truly enjoying your work with lexigrams, it's very enlightening! Bravo to you all for such amazing insights. I've recently renewed my interest in lexigrams and numerology (though I've been a Linda fan since I was about 10 and discovered Sun Signs in the library), and how they can impact our lives.So...I have a question of balance. I am nearing the completion of my first novel, and will then look for a literary agent, publishers, etc. I feel it's a great time in my life for new beginnings, Jupiter will cross my Ascendent this summer, Saturn leaves my 10th house...just feeling really great. One of the things I have been contemplating is changing my name. I already use two completely different names(one for professional purposes not related to writing), and have a history since birth of name changes (I was adopted). I have found that by using my first and middle name only, I get some very fortunate numbers numerologically, and a very pretty name. I am very inclined towards this! On the other hand, By incorporating my first, middle and last, I can get some cool lexigrams, it seems. I guess what I'm asking is which you might give more weight. Personally, I am truly inclined towards the name change, even doing it legally. I feel almost powerfully that I am entering a new life cycle adn it could help herald that in. I think if you are going to lexigram your name you should use the name you use most often (as with numbers). A lexi of your profesional name would be significant to your profesion and your personal name would be significant to you personally. I think if you like your first and middle name and are going to change it then go for it!! Especially if it makes for good numbers. Just make sure they are in harmony with your birth numbers as well  Go with your heart, it never fails you!!! IP: Logged |

Thank you Ruby Red Ram....The numbers that my first and middle name would give me are 15 and 6, which are harmonious with both my birth number (16) and Sun Sign (Aries). And...I like them so much, that the change would be encompassing. In other words, I'll use it for everything, personal, professional...

Good advice, Ruby. The Lexigrams will still be there for all your names (and is based on who does them at the time and what you need to know). As such, I would say that greater weight should be placed on the number vibration if you are trying to get a book published. Won't take long for the new vibration to get out that way. As an added note, a good time for first-time publishers to submit their work is during their Jupiter Return. What is your novel about? Congrats!  ------------------

Thanks for the advice, and for essentially echoing what I was thinking in my heart...that the number vibration was primary. I've contemplated the name change every day, and the more I think of it, the more I like it, and want to be known by it.The book...is a loooooove triangle, a modern one! The numbers for the title work out to a 23 and a 5...tres groovy, no?!  Can't wait for the Jupiter return...too far off, but it's good advice none the less! But when it crosses my ascendent this summer, it will be hitting the grand trine from my natal ascendent, natal sun, and natal moon/jupiter conjunction.
