this poem does not line up properly on this site, but it forms an hourglass of time on the edge of silence...

the edge of silence

poised on the edge of silence
i look into great vastness

by approaching the edge of silence, we can listen to this Whole that is greater than the sum of its parts

or as Jesus put it, the kingdom of heaven is "within you"
