I didn't use peter at first, then I found some interesting words if I did.
I don't know how old he is, but it seems like he has law very strongly in name. Is he a Scorpio, strong Pluto placements or eighth house?(other people's money.. law/will/lie etc.....) Or even Sagittarius or Libra? Balance, tolerance, higher education....
